Had an amazing stay in Hopkins. Tricia's communication and recommendations were both great. The pictures do not exaggerate the beauty of the area.

Grounds and apartment were well maintained and beautiful. Herbert and his wife were very friendly and helpful and did extra things for us like letting us use their clothes line. The futon in the living room made a comfortable place for my husband to sleep because of his bad back. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and near good restaurant and a bakery. One of the hotels on the beach let us use their pool and beach as long as we ordered food there. They even provided us with towels at no charge.

George and Chefy make your stay very welcoming! Chefy even went ahead and picked us up from the water taxi terminal when he found out my right ankle was fractured. Local recommendations, clean unit, friendly, and quick communication!

Luz and Dale are exceptional hosts. Friendly, communicative, and very helpful to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time in San Pedro. The unit is private, safe, and walkable to many restaurants and stores.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The bed was very big and comfy, the shower was hot and nice, and the location was not too far from everything. The host was very responsive whenever we needed assistance. Things to be aware of when booking this Airbnb is that it is located on a street and so you will be able to hear all of the comings and goings outside and the shower drain is very easily clogged and can lead to a bit of an uncomfortable shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again if we are ever back in the area.

This place was great! Very beautiful and modern. Close to downtown and in the middle of all the beach bars. Right by palapa and hurricanes (popular fun spots for day and night). Apartment was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. Felt safe. Only thing that they could do better was provide had soap in the bathroom And maybe shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise we have nothing bad to say about the place! Stay here!

This place was the perfect location for our trip to Caye Caulker! We were able to walk everywhere within 4-6 minutes. Our host was extremely helpful in setting up transportation to and from the island. I absolutely recommend this place.

We cannot say enough about Candace … she is the best host ever!! Friendly, available, kind and fun!! Would recommend any place she manages. And Coffee Rick, his amazing coffee and tour just added to the experience!

What a beautiful villa! Seabird Villa 14 has the most spectacular sunsets! It is private and stunning while the architectural design is both simple and functional. We enjoyed all the suggestions from our private chef to our dive masters and found all exceeded our expectations. We hope to return for a month or longer next time.

I don't know what I can say that already hasn't been said. The house was perfect and, in fact, we appreciated it more through the week. It's very close to town, right next door to Ramone's (which was fantastic), but it was still a very quiet and secluded spot. We went to the pier at Ramones to swim almost daily. It's bigger than the photos make it seem. Also, you can rent quality snorkel gear from Ramone's for $10 a day -- it's worth it. You can snorkel right off the pier to see all sorts of fish and many rays. Sean and the management company were ALWAYS responsive, no matter what. Property is large. The house is spacious. We found ourselves very thankful to be able to walk down the beach or down the street and be in town in literally a couple of minutes. Great place. We would stay again for sure. Other details: If you like wildlife, you will see iguanas and tons of birds right at the house. Enjoy!

This was an absolute amazing place to stay to end our short Belize getaway! We had the beach and dock to ourselves the first night and most of the following day as the nearby casita wasn't rented. Lucas (property manager) came by shortly after we arrived to answer our questions and to take care of a minor repair (a/c in the kitchen). While it wasn't able to be rectified during ur stay, the weather was nice enough to simply use the fan to keep the place at a comfortable temperature. Check-in was simple and the home is truly wonderful and very comfortable! Both Brad and Lucas were quick to communicate and answer our questions. Highly recommend staying at this home if you head to Placencia and don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle of town and want a little privacy for your group!

Family of 6 plus 2 small kids age 4 and 1. Spectacular place to stay on caye caulker right in the heart of the downtown. Nice little swimming beach and dock out front that the kids loved . We really enjoyed the giant decks with lots of chairs we spent most of our time sitting out there. “Railings are safe for young kids”. Would highly recommend it 10/10. We rented a golf cart for the stay to explore more of the island but there is no need for one. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the busy area of the island. You will not be disappointed with your stay!

The time that we spent in Hopkins at Steve and Rita‘s Place was not only relaxing and comfortable, but a home away from home. We’d definitely stay there again! We walked in, unpacked and had everything we needs at our fingertips. We enjoyed every minute. Hopkins is a small tight knit community where we felt welcome, but the rental location has a lot of privacy with iguanas, rays, fish, many species of birds, manatees and even an agouti visit! You will not regret booking this stunning home. Thank you Rita and Steve for making our first visit to Belize amazing! You better BELIZE we will be back. 🩵

Took some of my staff to San Pedro as a reward for great work... Place was the perfect home for us... close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet and enjoy the amazing pool.. Some Place South restaurant is in walking distance and has amazing food & drinks as well as live entertainment.. The new Hula Bar is even closer and was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

I’m writing a review because I rely heavily on reviews when choosing a place to stay. Casa de Bonita was wonderful for our family of 6. It may be important for some to know that 2 of the bedrooms are connected… meaning that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other.. this was not an issue for our family. The house is large with plenty of gathering space. The front porch right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view is dreamy. Access to the private dock for fishing or being picked up for diving, snorkeling or other excursions is super convenient. This property is about 20 -30 minutes north of the town. So if you’re looking for a more quiet , peaceful area this is for you. If you are looking for a place with more action , you will need to be further south, closer to the town. The hosts/ management is super responsive and helpful with anything you might need. No regrets here

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We stayed for 8 days at Palm Life and loved it. The unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Brad and Mark, the hosts, where on property at the same time and were very friendly during our stay. They were always ready to help us out with anything (fixing my bike basket - lol) and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Venzie is also extremely helpful and responds very quickly if there are any issues. We have to say that we really enjoyed the communal upper palapa and is a wonderful place to enjoy spectacular views over a coffee or glass of wine. We have stayed in Caye Caulker 3 times and loved being on the north side. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it Now.

Mercedes is a great host! So quick to respond to all my questions. Loved the rooftop! I will say as a physical therapist - that if you have any Orthopedic knee or hip concerns - you may find the ladder/steps a challenge. But the view! Such a wonderful place for morning coffee and quiet time with the Lord!

We enjoyed our week stay at Vincent's two bedroom condo. Condo was in a perfect location to easily reach all the sights Caye Caulker has to offer. Sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop were stunning! Vincent was very responsive to all my questions and provided us with local recommendations. Getting back and forth across the split was easy with the Split to Split ferry. We bought a punch card since we were staying week which made the ferry even easier since we didn't have to deal with cash each time. Highly recommend Vincent's condos!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon . It was exactly as described. It was peaceful and clean as well. Beautiful views for both sunrise and sunset. Our neighbour was very nice as well . The staff were very friendly and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely would recommend this location and this host. Thank you to all at Captain Morgan/Villas De Isla Bonita for a wonderful and peaceful experience.

We loved our time at Sieri del Mal! The 3 bedroom home was incredibly spacious, and the deck outside was gigantic. The beds were quite comfortable, and we loved waking up to the ocean. Ratka was a wonderful host who communicated very well. She and her staff were so helpful and thoughtful (bringing fresh beach towels to your unit most days) The on-site pool was awesome, and we appreciated how easy it was to run between the ocean and pool. The local tour companies pick you up for water excursions right at Sieri del Mar's dock. We heard exactly zero noise from the ongoing restaurant construction. Highly recommend!!

We had a great new year's stay at Floyd's home, the home was very well maintained and spacious, kids enjoyed their separate space and the home had all the amenities in the kitchen, bath and to relax , the beach view from the patio was great, bathroom showers were spacious, it was great to have a locker in the bedroom , everything about the home was great, the building had a great restaurant so it was easy access during the rain. Silver picked us from the airport and he helped us book all the excursions during our stay including getting us a golf cart and trips to Hol Chan Marine reserve , he was very responsive and friendly and helped us a lot! Emilio helped us a lot at the Belize airport with our luggage and to transition to and fro the Tropic air for the local flight , he was readily available for all our questions. A great place to stay for a Belize - San Pedro vacation!!

Close enough, but not too close to the main stream of San Pedro. A golf cart rental is advisable. Although the sargassum seaweed was plentiful, it did not stop our swimming and snorkeling from the pier! Juan Carlos was so helpful booking our excursions (and beachside massages!) which were amazing! Sunset Beach Resort is small and intimate and nice place to meet the folks around you. The view is spectacular, breeze ever-present and peaceful surroundings in all directions. Our stay WAS PERFECT and we will be back!!
