This was a great place to stay for our family reunion, family of 11, with plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart, pool, paddle boards, and kayaks were put to great use! However, the best part of the house is the staff. Orlando, the chef, was amazing. Not only was his food delicious, but his company was even better. He was professional and kind. In addition, Carlos and Melanie, who take care of the property inside and out, made us feel at home. Carlos raked the beach, cleaned the pool, and Melanie kept the house spotless. We are very grateful for their professionalism and hard work! They made the trip for us :). One thing to note: two of the three upstairs showers did take a bit to warm up, and I would (for a big family) recommend renting a car as you cannot fit everyone on the golf cart. The property is peaceful and relaxing! We had a great week! Thank you!

Wow, what a great find! Sue's place was sparkling clean and had everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. I like that there were reading lamps by the couch and beds. Unlimited fresh water. Friendly pets that my pet crazy friend really enjoyed. One of the best pools on the island. The bed is very comfortable and has a topper if you want a little more cushion. Sue is extremely helpful and informative and makes your stay easy. She has great recommendations and goes out of her way to help with restaurant recommendation. The bikes were very helpful for exploring the island. Sue gives you your space if you want it but just ask if you need anything. I would recommend Sue's place 100%

It was exactly what we wanted - six friends with a separate bedroom for each of us, away from the tourists and activity on the south side. Nice kitchen and common area, and the place has its own pier so you can get picked up by water taxi basically by just walking out the door. Was a little touch and go getting connected with the on-site crew, but once we did everything went smoothly. They did fine with check in and check out.

Tina’s place exceeded expectations and was simply amazing. Truly a peaceful escape from the hustle bustle of San Pedro, it was a serene slice of paradise and the perfect getaway. Views and amenities were even better than pictured. Spotless, well furnished and stocked, felt like home, and had every amenity you could need. Special shoutout to Eva, who manages the property and was incredible. Just by herself, she makes this place 5 stars. This is absolutely the place to stay for anyone coming to Ambergris Caye, as long as they’re accepting of the 25-30 min golf cart ride from town on the bumpy dirt road (absolutely worth it in our opinion), also anyone with mobility issues should keep in mind that there are stairs to the house.

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

100% five stars! There were 10 of us staying at Villa Mirador and it was magnificent. The house was gorgeous and the owners and caretaker were amazing answering questions. This is a great spot to unwind with a large group. Highly recommend renting a car as Hopkins is a bit remote and you won’t find Ubers. Juan was a great care taker and kept the pool and grounds in perfect condition. The beach was a great spot for volleyball and Juan set it all up for us. The weather was a bit wet and with it brought lots of sand flees. These little buggers are brutal. Bring insect repellent and oil to get them away. Great time was had by all! 10 out of 10

this place was outstandingly beautiful. it was our second time to Belize and we loved it. the people,the food and the weather was a welcome chance from our cold KY January. thanks again Wendy. we hope to be back.

The most gorgeous and relaxing place right on the beach! It was my first time to Belize and I was blown away by how nice the villa was. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sitting in the hammocks on the beach in the evening. The location was private and peaceful but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. Great local recommendations from the host too! Will definitely be back!

Definitely enjoyed ourselves and loved the stay! My family of 10 & our baby traveled and there was more than enough room. The WiFi was not the best, but enough to get us by. Concierge is helpful and responsive with booking anything we wanted to do. The beds were comfy. The air worked well. Very clean and would stay again.

Beautiful spot! Lovely pool! Nice mini splits kept us cool at night. Master shower didn’t heat up but with just two of us the other bathroom was a ok. Deedee local contact was nice. Lynette is a great host. And space looks just like or better than the photos.

Have stayed here twice in three years, only missing out because I didn't book soon enough! The house, pool, and porch are perfect for reading a book or sipping cocktails, and the rooftop offers views of the sunrise and sunset. The house is clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen is well-appointed.. perfect for those of us who like to cook! Definitely worth checking out!

Great place to stay. Loved the location and the house. The pool was perfect for our kids. Communication was amazing which really helped during our short trip and Marilyn made things really easy and met us at the airport and helped get us situated. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to future guests.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

Fabulous location - the house is set back from the road far away from the hubbub of Placencia Village. Wonderful to have our own a private beach with vegetation on either side so that you never saw any neighbours. To top it off was the manager Santiago who gave us our privacy yet kept the grounds pristine. He chopped down and opened a couple of coconuts for us. Great guy.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything is just as described. Cindy and Don were very responsive and helpful as well. The private dock is perfect for watching the sunset and truly relaxing. There were bug repellents available around the house, but be sure to bring some for your time out and about, especially if insects find you attractive. The sandflies on the island ate me alive, but hardly touched my husband. This was a much needed trip and Wish You Were Here was the perfect place!

Rainbow Villa was a beautiful base location for our 8 person family trip. It was a 10 minute golf cart ride from town but there are also a few places to go nearby. The private pool and pier were an incredibly nice feature. I wish we would have understood that the upstairs and downstairs units are like two separate apartments. Our two families that envisioned spending time together in the large living room actually spent a lot of time separate in our respective living rooms which wasn't ideal. To visit our friends, we had to walk outside and up a flight of stairs. Not a tragedy, just an inconvenience. All of the communication and responsiveness from the host and all of the helpers were 10/10. Both kitchens have everything you could possibly ask for. The beds are very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was great. Tres Cocos Waffles and Truck Stop nearby are musts. Special thank you to Alejandro for all the assistance during our stay with kayaks, fishing bait, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location and it was great to have immediate access to the beach. Having a deck with the option of sitting in the sun or shade is wonderful. The covered portion of the deck is large enough that even on a very rainy day there was space for 4 to lounge outside in comfort. The kitchen has everything you will need

This Placencia home exceeded all expectations. The staff's thoughtfulness showed from day one when they pre-stocked our house with food for Christmas Eve, knowing shops might be closed. Their attention to detail continued throughout our stay - from bringing fresh coconuts poolside to Mundo sharing his catch of an iguana after noting my interest. Morning paddle boarding sessions with Moira the dog became a cherished routine, and the other pups added joy to our days. The staff struck a perfect balance - always available and incredibly responsive, while allowing us the space to fully relax. They handled everything seamlessly in the background, letting us focus on enjoying this beautiful place This isn't just accommodation - it's a home away from home with staff who treat you like friends. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with genuine hospitality.

If your looking for the perfect paradise, this is it! The estate was so beautiful and well kept. It had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep, and relaxing rain showers that made coming home after exploring even better. The staff is amazing and attentive, we opted for villa pre-stock, so we wouldn’t have to get groceries, they offered daily housekeeping and a free laundry service, and have the best concierge. Terri made our trip so memorable. She had wonderful recommendations and non fell short of spectacular. We were able to lounge right on the beach of the estate, this private villa is the definition of relaxation! Being on the north end of the island is truly the way to go. We spent half a day in town (which is really all you need) and the rest traveling around to see all the island has to offer. There are so many places we wouldn’t have experienced if we didn’t venture out. This was the perfect private and quiet escape we needed!

Family of 6 plus 2 small kids age 4 and 1. Spectacular place to stay on caye caulker right in the heart of the downtown. Nice little swimming beach and dock out front that the kids loved . We really enjoyed the giant decks with lots of chairs we spent most of our time sitting out there. “Railings are safe for young kids”. Would highly recommend it 10/10. We rented a golf cart for the stay to explore more of the island but there is no need for one. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the busy area of the island. You will not be disappointed with your stay!
