Great place, just as advertised. Location was right across from the water and the balcony was a nice place to relax. Response was great and timely. My only feedback is that the pool and kitchen weren’t available to use, which I knew before booking however it was supposed to be available December 1. It wasn’t until I reached out that I found out it wasn’t going to be available during my stay. I’m still leaving 5 stars as everything was great, I just think being a little more upfront on the description would be helpful before I had booked. The price was apparently reduced because of this. Overall great stay and I would stay there again. Thank you!

Ultimately this was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. The location is incredible- literally waking up inside the national park. Trails start onsite, waterfalls within a 30 minute walk. Abundance of birds. Room is overall basic (bed comfy, shower is great). No A/C and it is HOT at night. No kitchen only their restaurant. Dinner is $26 USD (lots of food, worth it) but the breakfast ($16.50) and lunch ($17.50) felt so overpriced. HOWEVER THE FOOD IS AMAZING. the chef is 10/10. all staff on site were unbelievably kind and helpful. The room itself is priced reasonably but everything onsite is in USD and EXPENSIVE!! Be prepared to spend a lot when you get there. Otherwise bring snacks/protein bars and do self guided hikes (free) to keep costs down. Arrange own transport too. Transport offered like ride to airport is $250. Hikes were great, I did 5/7 waterfalls. Saw only birds no other wild life which was too bad. Overall this was a great experience!!! amazing place and people

We had the best time. Remember, this is a hut, very basic. It was perfect for our camper family. Mike made sure we had everything and explained the fauna and flora and local activities. We saw spider monkeys and we could hear the howler monkeys. A big orange iguana peered at us from the tree at breakfast. Two agoutis carried their babies in the back of the property. A Jesus lizard fell into the water and ran across the surface to shore. Simply amazing. My teens had the courage to try the rope swing. This was just what I was looking for to get an authentic jungle experience. Wow!

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und waren vollauf begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Vermieter waren in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 2 und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Seife, WC-Papier und vieles andere war vorhanden. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es auch kostenlos Fahrräder. Wir danken für die freundliche Aufnahme und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We stayed 4 nights at Dream Cabanas at Caye Caulker. Check in was super easy and flexible, we arrived way ahead of check in time and the room was still occupied by the previous guests. We were informed once the room was ready wich was still way earlier than normal check in. That was super nice. They also helped us arrange airport transfers and gave us good recommendations on the island. The cabanas are located very quietly but still everything is in short walking distance. The room itself had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Marcela exhibited remarkable hospitality. Furthermore, she extends that warmth not only towards me as a host but also to other guests. Additionally, her friendliness, warm welcome, and readiness to assist in finding excursions and restaurants was truly exceptional. Moreover, the accommodations were beautiful, lush vegetation, a pool, comfortable beds and plenty of free drinks offered. Marcela’s place is truly an oasis that we will gladly return to.

This was an amazing way to start my trip! Definitely will be back if not for Belize but to stay here and have breakfast with friends and enjoy a good conversation with people that have so much wisdom and lived experience. Definitely a blessing to be there! Would recommend to anyone trying to experience that.

The room was kind of small so I felt it should have been cheaper. But the roof top staff and front desk ppl are sweet. The food is a little high, but the food is good. Kaylinn is the best she works in the morning on the roof top. The pool is not too big, but it is great for pics. It's a store next door. It was not a lot of guests it was kind of empty, but I did like that felt like i had the place to myself. I think the price should be cheaper, but the staff is great, and t is clean. They also did get my cupcake (additional fee) and they decorated the room for my bday (free) it was a very nice touch. It's a coffee shop not too far and a massage place you can walk to both. I would say get a cart so that you can explore. I would stay again if they had cheaper prices. Overall it was a good stay . It is not far from the bridge.

Michelle and Ed are the best hosts! They helped us with anything we needed and made us feel at home. The space is absolutely gorgeous. There were drinks and treats waiting to welcome us after a long day of travel. We enjoyed the pool daily and the view of the ocean can’t be beat. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to walk to stores and restaurants, but just a short drive from everything else. We highly recommend this listing and can’t wait to book it again.

My wife and I had a great stay here. Everyone is very friendly on the property. The beach gets cleaned every morning. Close to coffee shops, grocery store, and a couple restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to get into downtown San Pedro but if you walk along the water it’s quite nice. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing and beautiful property. The kids (ages 6 and 8) loved the pool, and so did we. The best part was the onsite hotel management, Jean. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us set up snorkeling, and I would recommend Knotty Tours for that! Jean not only gave us local recommendations for things on Caye Caulker but also on the mainland when we had to leave. She really made us feel so welcome and always went above and beyond. We rented the second floor with the two bedrooms, and frequently relaxed on the porch, didn’t really cook but it had a well stocked kitchen. The only difficulty we had was the quiet hours were from 10-10, and the property location in a quite area of town was one of the reasons we picked this one over others (still easy to find though). If it were just my husband and I traveling that would have been great, but trying to respect other guests that may be trying to sleep in, with our kids that wake up very (like 5:30am Belize time) early was hard to do.

Great location! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk to town. Right on the water with one of the best beaches. Walk in beach (many beaches have a concrete wall and aren't accessible). The people make this place special. So kind, helpful, and positive vibes all around. The hosts make it east to set up activities. The Beach Bar onsite serves decent food and drinks. The accommodations are modest but the location and people make up for this. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

The location was very good. Just far enough from town to be peaceful but not to far to inconvenience you. A golf cart is a must. You can’t really wslk anywhere. Karen will fix you up with thst.

This was a great location for our Belize adventure - Close to everything without being right in town so much more peaceful. Phenomenal view to relax and very comfortable accomodations.

The manager Junior was very efficient and super responsive. We checked in early evening but he was right there and very clear and quick with all the needed info. The place was secure and peaceful. The other guests were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was clean. The air con in the room was great. The bed was comfy and clean. Recommend highly.

The host is beyond kind - we were a little nervous, she put us right at ease! The staff at Cahel Pech are gem’s… so so Sweet! The reception went out of their way to make us right at home.

We just returned from an outstanding stay at The Lucky Duck. The Ocean Suite was situated perfectly for evening cocktails overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching stingrays sail out from under it. We snorkeled right in front of the dock (grassy, with starfish and the occasional stingray or barracuda). We also kayaked to the “false key” in front of the property. This is a grove of Mangroves which may be fishable and provide good snorkeling. The pool provided hours of entertainment for our boys, and a landing place to watch the stars at night. The flora & fauna around the property and the pool is well maintained and provides the perfect ambiance for a relaxing vacation. Everything was clean in the unit and feels brand new. The decor was super homey and comfortable. There’s a frig (just a tad smaller than standard size), microwave, coffee maker, and a hot plate. There’s also a water cooler with fresh drinking water. Also provided are towels, hammocks for the dock, kayaks and paddle board. The location is perfect for exploring Maya Beach and further north to the mainland and beyond, and Placencia, while providing a quiet, serene, environment at the end of the day. We rented a car a drove from Belize City. The drive took about 3 1/2 hours and was one of the highlights of the trip. The hummingbird highway should not be missed! Lots of people drive golf carts around the peninsula, but with the speed humps and rain we had, I was thankful we had a car. We also ventured over to Teakettle to meet up with a ATM tour. The hostess, Tricia, was so fabulous with information prior to the trip, and super accommodating when we had a last minute schedule change. The on-site managers were also lovely, informative, and non-intrusive. We loved staying at the Lucky Duck and would not hesitate to rent this place again. You won’t regret your decision to stay at The Lucky Duck!

Sea Glass was the perfect place for our stay. Beautiful, clean, great location and amazing hosts. We are so very thankful for Tom jumping in and arranging a couple excursions for us. We will be back!!

Playa de Sala was a dream! We could not have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Forest and her team with a welcome drink and received a tour of the property. This was definitely a foreshadowing of the their hospitality for the week to come. Much gratitude to the team. All of the staff felt like family and were accommodating to our needs. The food and drinks were amazing. You really don’t have to leave the hotel unless you just want to. We really enjoyed swapping stories with locals and travelers at the Boat Bar. A lot of time was spent there :) I hate our trip was so short; I could’ve used a few more months of that. I’ll be back!

This Casita was nestled among the Roaring Rivers Golf Course. The back view overlooked a crystal clear river ready to welcome you after a long day in the sun with a lovely touch of a freshly hung hammock. Staff was absolutely incredible with a personalized welcome in the clubhouse, a note on the the pillow with fresh hibiscus flowers. This definitely set a tone for a great stay. Mini bar fully stocked, prices not listed, however, full menus for the onsite restaurant and bar (available for room service delivery) and prompt response times. Keep in mind that everything is made on request so wait times vary. Overall, this experience was wonderful. Enjoyed our getaway, played some golf and met incredible people! Thank you to everyone at RRGC! Your hospitality was wonderful.
