House was as described. Very quiet neighborhood, Definitely recommend.

The A frame cabin was absolutely spectacular, the amenities were nice and very thought out. The top loft was absolutely beautiful and the basement was a great addition compared to a regular A frame. The place was spotless and pristine. I really felt at home and could see myself living there. Overall it was an amazing experience!

This was a very good neighborhood. There was plenty of space inside the house. It looked great outside the house. Everything will clean and put away. There were extra toilet paper and paper towels. All appliances worked very well. I would do it again.

Host is very hospitable, quick to respond and addresses any questions or concerns one might have. Home is comfortable, very clean, and up to date in decor. Everything we might need is provided. Thank you for offering such a nice place to stay convenient to downtown and The Factory.

We loved our stay here! It's even more beautiful in person, so much natural light and views of the trees and the water out every window. I felt at peace the second we stepped inside. Quite possibly the absolute cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in, it was spotless. Well stocked kitchen with everything, which we appreciated. We lucked out on the weather and took the kayaks and paddleboard out for a spin, it was wonderful to get out on the water so easily. We took a couple of trips into Nashville during our stay, and while that was doable, it was a little farther than I realized, especially with traffic. I think it's a great location for a day trip into Nashville, but I think it's best suited for folks who mostly want to unwind and relax in place. If that's what you're looking for, book it now! you won't be disappointed.

Gabriela's place was literally less than a mile from where my office is going to be and her place was really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and her place was a home away from home. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our 'girls' trip to Nashville. This house is so adorable, had plenty of space for the four of us and was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was prompt to respond to any messages that we sent and gave us ideas of things to do in the area. Our favorite, close by walkable restaurant was Mos Tacos! We would 100% stay in this home again!

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This is a prefect location if you want to be near Bridgestone arena or Broadway. You can walk or easily uber to anywhere you want to be. The Latch app that is used for checkin and access to everything was extremely easy to use.

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.

Hubby and I just spent five days at Lindsey’s. It was wonderful. Just like the pictures the amenities are great. The gym is great as is the pool area. Location was perfect to walk to Broadway. Everything was spotless and loved the coffee that was left for us to use. Will definitely stay when in Nashville again.

The house is easy to find and had an easy check in process. It was exactly as it was described and was perfect for what we needed. Shannah has very detailed instructions that came in very handy several times. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was warm and responsive. Everything was as described or better. Mattresses were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, there were thoughtful little details (we loved that there was a diffuser with peppermint oil), and so much room. We booked for a work-team retreat and enjoyed meetings and meals in the large dining room with comfortable chairs. There are multiple TV’s multiple bathrooms, plenty of space for a large group. The countryside surrounding the house is refreshing - views from every window! And we enjoyed walking to the two little antique and boutique shops nearby.

Our girls basketball team stayed here during state tournaments and it was amazing! Such a great place for them to come back to and rest and make lasting memories! Scott was very responsive to any questions we had. He worked great with us as it was very last minute bc we had to wait to see if we would advance.
