We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) stay for a week over Christmas. We had the BEST time. The children loved the large pool and pool toys, there was a toy room filled with games and toys for all ages, they rode the bikes and skateboards, we even had a Christmas Day game of cricket with the provided equipment. The property is absolutely stunning with the gorgeous views of the pond, lovely grass area and many different seating areas. The herb and veggie garden was a wonderful extra touch. We had two kangaroos who came through the property most days. We did not want to leave after our weeks stay. Highly recommend Anthony's place.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at this beautiful property with two families, each with a young child. The home was impeccably maintained and had everything a guest could possibly need – from a well-equipped kitchen to a lovely backyard that the kids absolutely loved. A few hours before our check-in, the washing machine broke down, but Cheryl, the host, went out of her way to have it fixed before we arrived. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and was much appreciated. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location, yet conveniently close to the beach and shops. Daniel was a great host and very understanding when told that my stepfather had accidently taken the key home with him which is 4 hours away. Response time to messages was always fast. The property itself was in the most perfect place and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

This was our second stay here and thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a cool space with a relaxed, cosy vibe, and everything we needed. Frances is such a lovely, friendly host. The personalised touches make you feel right at home. We’ll look forward to coming back again.

Penny's place was great for our pup and family for one night. It was a rainy day and we had everything needed for our short stay. Location was great, super close to the Main St and Woolies. It is in a quiet neighborhood. You will be able to park one car in the car port, which is covered and helpful as we arrived on a rainy night. Penny recommended several eateries for us. She responded quickly. We had clean comfy beds and a modern shower +toilet! I loved the pet couch covers - it was kind of her to think of pets as being part of the family yet making it hygienic for guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

We were not able to stay at Anna’s due to the cyclone. She was very great at communicating with updates and was very flexible options for rebooking.

The home was neat tidy and gave us room for relatives to drop in. Appreciated the cot and high chair being available. Price, I thought, was a little high but was the only one available with the space and bedrooms we required.

We had such a beautiful night in the Bungalow - one night was not enough and we wish we could have stayed longer! The space is gorgeous, would not change a thing. We will definitely be back. 🥰

Ann and Alan were great hosts. we stayed with 3 adults and 4 toddlers aged 2-4. There toys for the kids and the 3 separate rooms with their own bathrooms and lounge areas were perfect for us! Kitchen was well equipped and the backyard surroundings were lovely and rainforest like. 5 min walk to the beach was also great! would book again

We had a wonderful stay, the place was great and location was perfect for what we were after. We enjoyed having the local wildlife, one in particular (kookaburra) would come right near us which was very unexpected. I honestly couldnt fault the stay and the views from the bbq area where just phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here, its worth the cost and perfect if you want a peaceful, quiet place to relax.

Absolutely stunning place. The pool is huge and the living area is very cozy. Beautiful balcony looking out over the inlet is an amazing place to hang out. Close to Coffs and 2 minutes away from the main drag of Sawtell. Thank you mark. I would 100% recommend again!

This is definitely ‘headland heaven’. From the minute you turn into the street the views are spectacular. Every level of this house has the most stunning views of the ocean. The photos don’t do it justice. Mary and Mark were perfect hosts. They were so lovely to deal with and were so accommodating to our family. The house is located so close to the shops and major attractions if you feel like going out. The pool was huge and provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults. We absolutely love this place and would definitely come back!!

Everyone lovrd the house and farm grounds. Kids especially loved feeding the ducks and chickens, the swings in the field and the outfoor bath. We saw a kangaroo or wallaby one evening in the horses field. Cool crisp evenings and warm sunny days. Local village is very cute, nice cafes and independant shops. I can definatley recommend for people wanting to spend time together and relax.

We loved staying at Fern Ridge. It was a great house for a group - the pool was fabulous and the kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. Lucy was excellent to communicate with - very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend it!
