A fabulous property, beautiful decorated, you feel right at home. The location is ideal, not far from the ferry terminal and a great base for exploring the island. Jane has lovely touches throughout the property. We would definitely stay again when visiting Arran.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful cottage in the idyllic North Coast for my birthday weekend. Very private and peaceful and just the perfect place to relax! The cottage is extremely clean and excellently fitted out. Simply beautiful decor and so cosy. The shower was easy to use, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the bed was so comfortable. A real home from home! We slept so well and enjoyed watching our favourite Netflix shows as we were able to access our account. There is a great range of books for the ardent reader if preferred. Torr Head is literally a stone throw's drive away and the neighbouring area perfect for walks. Thank you Claire for a wonderful stay! We'd love to stay again if you'll have us.

When Karen texted us to check we. had directions to her place we discovered she was from the same part of Scotland where we live, so it was like meeting a friend. Karen lives at the cabins so knows all about Islay. She helped us with places to visit on Oa - a beautiful part of Islay - the RSPB reserve, singing sands and the square lighthouse. All are so close by so the location of the cabins is excellent. We also visited Jura and karen was able to give us all the information we needed to get there. We loved our few days on Islay. Karen is a fabulous host and the cabins ar3e warm, cosy and have everything you need.

Our stay in Ballycastle was superb. The house was a great location for us (we had our car) to explore Northern Ireland. We were in awe of how beautiful the surroundings were. You didn’t have to travel far to get a wow! Ballycastle itself has a lovely beach which is a short walk. With good weather (which we had) it was a really lovely day out. The house itself was perfect for us; a home away from home. It was clean, warm (after a blast of heating) and had all essentials & more! Our toddler particularly enjoyed the daily visit from the horse that we could see in the field outside the house. Our hosts were great at communicating with us and flexible with timings which was a lifesaver with having an overtired 18 month old in tow. We would 100% recommend staying with Una and Paul in their beautiful home in Ballycastle.

Sandy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we had a little issue with wifi. The views are spectacular. The house is very private. And the jacuzzi gave the property better value than the surrounding Airbnbs
