Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

We loved this oasis and was perfect for our first family vacation! The heated pool was great for days we wanted to stay close, and all the amenities in the backyard were great for a variety of entertainment options. Located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximation to local favorite eateries and the airport made for ease through arrival and departure. We traveled with our 6 month old and having the pack and play and high chair available made packing much more manageable on our first trip. Will definitely be sharing this place with our friends and family and look forward to staying here again!

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

Very nice home and it met all our needs. We were in town for a wedding. Home was in a good location to downtown Pensacola and to Pensacola beach. If in the area, we would stay there again.

This is a great Air BnB for a multiple family trip. We had three families (6 adults and 5 kiddos) and were all very comfortable. It’s in a seemingly safe cul-de-sac that is close-ish to the beach. About a five minute walk, but with smaller kids and gear we drove. This might not be the house for you if you have smaller children (our youngest was 2 and we had some tumbles). There are a lot of stairs, so bring a gate. Also, some balcony doors don’t lock and there wasn’t a mechanism to make sure they did not get opened by little hands. There were some little things missing in the kitchen that we would have expected them to have like pot holders, but overall it was well stocked. You will probably need to buy extra TP and paper towels for a longer stay. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. They do have renting available. Beds were more comfortable than other places I have stayed. The patio with rocking chairs was awesome. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay again.

We love it here! We have visited three different times and it's always great! Barbara is a fantastic host, very clear instructions, easy to book and check out and great location for the beach! We make it a family vacation every year and will never stay in a motel! It's our home away from home and we will be back, such a great trip making memories with our family!

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pensacola! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing trip. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, towels and toys, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which gave us extra peace of mind. On top of that, the host was kind enough to extend our checkout to 1 PM at no extra charge, which gave us a little more time to enjoy our final morning. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a great beach getaway!

This home is perfect! We traveled to the area as a family of 6 and this was the best home to come back to everyday. Emily and Abel have thought of everything! The home is spacious, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. That shower in the master is a dream. Navarre Beach was about a ten to fifteen minute drive and Pensacola Beach was about 45 minutes. We had some rainy days but our family didn’t feel like we were missing out because there was plenty to do at “home”. We would love to stay here every time we come to the area! Thank you for hosting us!

This was our first time booking an air bnb so we didn't know what to expect. We booked 2 houses side by side and it was more than perfect! Our family had 16 guests and 1 baby and it worked out great! The access into the house was easy and simple. The house was in great condition. It was very clean. All the appliances worked perfectly. Showers worked perfect. A/C worked wonderful in this hot weather! It's located in a more rural area so just be aware that you're limited to restaurants or shopping areas. It has the basic stores but you must be willing to drive about 10-15 minutes to your local walmart or better restaurants. We understood that before booking. Key properties was very infomative and communication was fast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities were very accommodating.

Wonderful stay; housekeeping had clean linen and comfortable beds. The exterior of the house has a little wear and tear from weathwr, so looks a little different from the pictures on Airbnb. But that wouldn't stop us from staying again.

My family of 5 (kids 12,9, 4) stayed at Dmitriy’s house and had a wonderful vacation! We were able to cook meals at home and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna! It was the best place to stay to go enjoy the beach and have lunch out and then bring the kids back to the house for more swimming and relaxing! Our puppy loved it too! Would stay here again for our next Gulf Breeze trip! Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and we loved it. The Hive was the perfect place for our first stay. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all that you could possibly need. The house was clean and well maintained. We also loved how conveniently located it was to the beach. We will definitely stay here again for our future trips.

Kevin was such a great host and we just loved our stay at his home. It was perfect for us and our dogs. The fenced backyard was a lifesaver. The house is large enough to fit lots of people, but it was just the 2 of us and our dogs. We didn't even use the guest side of the house. The living room is huge with a big comfy couch. The kitchen was nice and open too so there was no bumping into each other when cooking. It was really a great, very peaceful trip to visit family in the area and we will absolutely stay there again next time we go back for a visit.

We loved Stephanie and her husband and their place! The house is super cute and makes you feel cozy and at home. It’s the perfect beach stay with the decor plus the location. You are close to everything, but still off the main area, so you don’t have to worry about all the chaos and traffic. The neighborhood was very quaint and homey and we felt safe. Stephanie was the best airbnb host I’ve had because she went the extra mile, and even left little extra happies for us and made sure we felt at home. My 5 year old asked about going out to see them a couple times after we met them because they gave her some toys to play with and gave her some berries (her favorite). We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area 😊
