This home is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and great restaurants. Giovanni is an excellent host who responds quickly and kindly.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this house. Everything you need is there… from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and flashlights. Comfortable and clean. I hope to return.

David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

What a wonderful AirBnB! We decided to take a last-minute trip to Lake Norman to get away with the kids and visit with family and from start to finish this was a great experience. Jess is quick to communicate and answered all of my questions up front. The home itself was a dream in terms of space, style and location. As a family of 5 with kiddos ranging from 6-16 it is often hard to find spaces that can accommodate everyone's needs but this house hit the mark! The game room was clutch and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out when we had enough of each other. We didn't get to partake in the outside fun the home provided as it is winter and it rained our whole trip but the inside of the home more than made up for it. Highly recommend this AirBnB to families and we plan to return in the summer to enjoy the water. Additional note: this was one of the better stocked kitchens that I have used in terms of cooking utensils, appliances and dishware. 10/10-thnx Adam & Jess!

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

My husband and I had a great stay at the LakeLife Retreat- our hosts Sherry and Dan were friendly and had many great recommendations for our stay. The co-hosts Sandy and Luna were also friendly and delightful to visit with. My husband enjoyed fishing off the boat dock. The grounds were beautiful and the retreat was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Jeff, the host, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had about the house. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a fantastic spot!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great great great stay! Everything was perfect except the internet for my boyfriend! They got that fixed after a couple days though and no problems after that! Loved it would love to stay again!

Great weekend spent at Lore’s place. Pictures do not do it justice. Better than we expected. Very clean and everything you would need. The design of inside was beautiful. Every detail Lore has covered and more than you need. Will definitely be back again. Kudos to a wonderful place.

Great condo, spacious and beautiful view on the lake. Perfect for our family size and near a great coffee shop.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view of the lake was beautiful! The host made homemade blueberry muffins and biscotti that were delicious! It was so thoughtful and really made us feel at home. The space is very nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in. 10/10 will definitely be booking again!

Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed here with my family and in laws for thanksgiving. The place is stunning, just as shown in the pictures, very clean, and incredibly well stocked. They thought of literally every details. Hosts were also incredible responsive…we needed a step stool and they dropped off two options within 10 minutes. We will absolutely be back. We enjoyed our visit! The cottage was cozy and close to restaurants and Lake Norman. Mooresville Downtown was quaint and fun - definitely will try and make it out again soon!

Absolutely the BEST play to stay! We booked a 3-night stay for a weekend getaway. I found Sun-filled Lakefront Cottage Oasis by happenstance while looking for a retreat at Lake Norman. It was exactly what we had hoped for! A quiet, cozy, clean cottage on a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the lake. It's just a short drive into town with plenty of places to eat but also had a kitchen (very well stocked) so you could cook yourself and stay in (& why not with those views). The pier was great, and it had nice shade to sit and relax while reading a book, fishing, or just enjoying nature. The cottage was extremely comfortable overall with everything you could possibly need for a getaway. We loved that you have a lake view from all rooms of the cottage. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and gracious. I loved the recommendations as to what to see and where to eat in Sherrill’s Ford put together by the owner! Absolute perfection…We will definitely be back!!

Provided space and amenities were just right for our 2 teens, German Shepherd, wife & me. We have family friends in the area, so we are likely to return to this listing. We might bring our own kayaks next time just to balance out our options and in case the pontoon boat isn't available. I will remain a smidge jealous of the kitchen when I get home. My height-challenged spouse might've appreciated a step-stool for some cabinets and for using the clothes-dryer. We appreciated the selection of board games during the rainiest days and that the home seemed to be free of manufactured scents (like scented candles, etc.). Turns out, the water off the dock will yield some fun catfish catches. Cast southward and let it sit about 2 to 3 feet under a bobber. We baited our hooks with doughballs blended with cheese, Italian dressing, & brown sugar. Caught 8 in total during the last 2 days of our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved this home and property. It is in a neighborhood, but it is so private and feels secluded. We were very comfortable here. The home smelled great! The beds were SO comfortable. The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again the future.
