Perfect location, excellent communication from host. When we come back to Rome we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

What a magical stay— Piero’s space is an absolute dream, nestled in the corner of a beautiful mountain town with a sweeping view of the valley below. The apartment is an old stone barn lovingly restored and finished by Piero and his wife, extremely comfortable. Piero is an excellent host and gave my husband and I great guidance on where to hike, eat, and explore. It’s an incredibly peaceful location, in the mornings, you can hike through the woods behind the town, in the afternoons, explore the other hilltop towns nearby. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Italy this is by far our favorite. A very special place, can’t recommend more!

Letizia’s Lakehouse is a real stunner, and I’ve seen more than a few. An incredible deal for the price, and just immediately welcoming and enchanting in equal measure. It is like visiting a great soprano’s retreat studio, full of artful touches and pleasing to the eye because— IT IS! We are already looking to return.

Leah was the best! She was an excellent communicator, gave us personal service every day, took time out of her day to drive us to Tivoli and even had slippers waiting for us upon arrival. Introduced us to the locals and made sure our stay was special. Her Airbnb is very quaint and charming. Thank you Leah!

As someone with a long-time interest in all things Roman, I couldn't have asked for a better location than this apartment overlooking the Colosseum and Forum. We bought annual memberships, which allow unlimited access to the Forum and booked visits to the Colosseum. The entrances (go to the quieter ones, including the one to the Palatine a few hundred metres along from the Colosseum, to avoid the queues) are just a short walk away, while the Metro and bus services are almost literally on the doorstep. There was a lot of building work for the Jubilee going on when we stayed, so it was a quite noisy on the balcony but we enjoyed it anyway – and that will soon be finished. The apartment is as described and Antonella and her nephew run a tourist agency downstairs if you need them, as we did on one occasion when we couldn't open the slightly temperamental front door lock. Highly recommended all round.

Antonella's place is incredible... views of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, huge courtyard in the entrance, bbq area, updated amenities and great location. Antonella was the icing on the cake with great communication, references on nearby things to do and places to eat and a joy. I think I have a new friend, especially since I just bought a house 15 minutes away. Don't hesitate to book Antonella's home, you will thank me later.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato al villino per 4 giorni. Ci ha accolti Maria Laura mostrandoci la casa e consigliandoci dei posti da visitare durante il soggiorno. È stata accogliente e fin da subito disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è splendida, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e ben riscaldata. Dal giardino è possibile ammirare il Monte Terminillo in tutto il suo splendore. La zona è ben riparata e silenziosa ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Can we vote Elisabetta’s space and hospitality 6 stars?!! We had a lovely stay in this cozy and beautiful hamlet. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is super cozy and spotlessly clean. Her attention to detail and love for her guests comes out throughout the property. Elisabetta welcomed us as if we were family and provided us with plenty of information on the area and made herself available for any questions we had. We did her dinner experience and it was a banquet for the gods! She is an amazing host/cook and her husband does all the norcineria so you cannot go wrong. She also helped us with restaurant recommendations in the area and setting up a tour in the pottery studio in Deruta, which was fabulous. The two other fluffy hosts, Aron and Roy - two lovely large pups - were an absolute joy to be around and were always ready for a good belly rub, playing fetch or a treat. If you want to be pampered by a host who loves what she does, this is the place to go. We highly recommend this
