We had the loveliest, most relaxing stay at this cottage. Beautiful location, gorgeous cottage inside and out! We had some issues with the heating when we arrived but Matthew came over right away and sorted it for us. Excellent communication and service, we are hoping to come back again, it was the perfect lil getaway. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic cottage for a family get together, it suited our needs perfectly! Lia, was always at the end of the phone and was very proactive, it was a fantastic accommodation and would not hesitate to stay there again, even Lemon, Pepper and Raspberry looked after us too, giving us fresh eggs 😀 xx

We loved our stay at The Stables, including our dogs. The pub down the road was excellent, so good we had dinner there every night of our stay.

Lovely cottage (attached to main house) lots of charm. Hot tub is located in the lovely garden. Do note the Bathroom is down original steep stairs, one to be aware of if reduced mobility. Recommend to book the local pub, food is great but they are often booked up in advance. Clean and well provisioned. Recommend.

lovely coattage, the only issue we had was that some of the cutlery and bowls were dirty but fairy liquid was provided so not that big of an issue, there was also rose petals left on the floor under the bed and side tables, other than this the house and location were wonderful and i would definitely stay again

We had a fabulous stay in Tibshelf! The photos did not do the accommodation justice, it was absolutely beautiful! We did lots of hiking and everywhere we went was within an hour of Tibshelf. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day :)

Had a great stay as a family of four, kitchen well equipped, spacious bedrooms and fabulous hot tub with wonderful views over open countryside. Good location to walk into Bakewell which has lots of pubs and restaurants, also Aldi is an easy walk if you want to self cater. The cottage is homely and comfortable with lots of nice touches. A lovely cosy stay.

Beautiful cottage, clean and comfortable. It has been modernised but still retains character. Loved the log burner and had that on every evening. Bed very comfy (we used the one at the back because the views from the bed were stunning). Three great pubs in the village, all do good food. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was parking on the road can sometimes be awkward, you’re only talking 50m max to walk though.

We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

we can't thank Wendy enough for letting us stay in her home. It is a gorgeous home from home cottage. She has literally thought of every single detail even down to hot water bottles and lego for ghe children. Our whole family did not want to leave. The cottage was absolutely spotless on arrival. Beds are extremely comfortable! Location is perfect aswell. Wendy gave full instructions to make our stay so easy We hope to visit again soon *****

Lovely stay and right in the middle of things for walking and exploring.

Had a great stay at the cottage, it was a great location to get into Buxton and surrounding areas. Allie and her family were available when needed and were friendly and showed us the cows up close but gave us plenty of space. It didn't feel like you were on top of each other at the farm. The cottage was really nice itself and clean with the surrounding areas really beautiful. Would recommend the cafe at the bottom of the lane (2 min DRIVE) and the red lion pub in Litton( 5/10 min drive) the food in both places were really nice. Would definitely recommend this stay and I will be back if I'm ever visiting the area again!

Superb cottage in a fabulous location near Castleton. Great base to explore the beautiful countryside and walking distance to Castleton either down the main road or via the scenic route. Spotless interior and lovely touches in the bathroom and kitchen. Private location with spectacular views of Mam Tor and the surrounding hills.

Four adults ,three kids & couple of dogs spent an incredible weekend here. Country walks,board games in the lounge in front of the roaring fire.Cooking valentines steaks on the aga sitting around the large dinning room table clinking glasses celebrating a birthday . Pictueress views with sheep roaming freely. Relaxing in a bubble bath after a long doggy walk. The hardest thing was choosing from the bedrooms as they all had en-suits and the decor was fabulous. House stayed clean as it had a boot room which was perfect. We was also blessed with a small amount of snow which captured the magical time we spent at the cottage. The kids loved the chest in the lounge they said it was the best hiding space ever. Met the neighbours who were really friendly gave us the best places to walk. The kids were disappointed they couldn’t do s’more around the fire pit because it rained. I would definitely go back and I’ve already recommend the cottage to our friends & family . This is an incredible find.

An amazing property, best I’ve booked on Airbnb. Beautifully presented, extremely clean and very well stocked. You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this rental and Julie clearly has very good taste. Everything you could possibly need - Julie has included it and she’s gone the extra mile with lovely extra touches. The cottage is well located right in the heart of Tideswell with walks and restaurants on your doorstep. If you have a dog, the boot room outside is fantastic with its warm shower and Julie even supplies dog towels and shampoo. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll most certainly be back!

Perfect cottage stay in Belper , the cottage is in an ideal location , close to to all amenities. The cottage was lovely and warm, very clean .. bed linen etc immaculate. Beds so comfortable and shower and bath amazing. Would definitely recommend this cottage and can’t wait to come back in the summer x

Woodys retreat was cosy and lovely. Felt right at home and was super comfortable. Lovely and clean and David was responsive and polite. Black Cat cottage is a lovely place. stunning location and is wonderfully set up and very clean. Chris is very friendly and helpful.

Very conformable and well equipped cottage in Youlgrave, easily walkable to all the amenities of the village. Youlgrave itself is a great centre for any Peak District visit whether walking, with multiple footpaths and the limestone way accessible from the door; or touring, being just minutes from Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Matlock and much more.

Cosy, quiet, quaint, warm cottage. Had everything you need. Chris is very friendly and full of information. Beds are comfy, great nights sleep. Great location in the village and ideal for visiting the Peak District. We stayed as a family of 4, parents and 2 teenage boys and all felt at home.

There are no words that do Helen's place justice. From the gorgeously designed spaces, to the home comforts provided just for us, this little bolt hole in Bakewell felt like the most luxurious stay. Stay at SnapTin and you'll fall in love with the beautiful touches, like the local goodies left in the fridge, and wake up with a stunning dawn chorus with beautiful views of Bakewell. Helen was the best Airbnb host we've ever stayed with - attentive and determined to make my mum's birthday celebration in her cottage special for us. Thank you Helen, Ben and Tracey for such a memorable long weekend x

Very nice and easy stay

We had a great New Year's Eve in Winster - Rod's place was just what we were after. Comfy beds, lots of hot water after our walks and a very well equipped kitchen to cook up a storm! Winster is a lovely village, and an ideal jumping off point to explore the local area.
