We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Wonderful stay at an incredible home. Our group of 6 — including a baby and toddler — immediately felt at home here. The kitchen is generous and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard garden is private and brimming with gorgeous plants. It’s a perfect place to explore Holt and the nearby sea. We look forward to returning!

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Lovely stay at Number 12. House had all we needed for a few days visiting family in the local area. Great we could just walk into town and lovely views over the Mere. We enjoyed the private courtyard garden space for morning coffee.

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Absolutely brilliant stay here. Me and my husband needed to stay for a few nights in Norwich due to nearby hospital visits. This one stood out as being close to where we needed to be, close to the city centre (about 10 mins walk) and was very reasonably priced. The property is in an area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but far enough out of the centre to be really quiet and peaceful. It truly was so relaxing. The place is even better than the photos. It’s really large inside and the high ceilings make it appear so spacious and uncluttered. We will definitely return to the property when coming to the city in the future. Ps The parking really was a rare bonus too!

We had a wonderful stay, Mike made us feel so welcome and had thought of everything. A spacious property in a peaceful location, ideal for walks and even a trip to Blickling Hall over the weekend.

Such a wonderful place to stay for the few days we were there. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, and walkable to many sights and landmarks. David was extremely attentive and accommodating and offered local recommendations for food, etc. would 100% stay again in the future. really made our stay in Norwich special.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !
