We know Munstergeleen well, so easy for us to find. However worth telling new visitors that house is on one way street. Just one minute walk to local shop, Plus. Lots of lovely walks, or you could cycle. Bus also from nearby. Owner next door met us and gave us the key and explained how things work. Apartment has been renovated very nicely. Kitchen area has brand new induction hob, coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher and cooker we didn’t use. There’s plentiful supply of pots and pans and crockery of good quality. Brand new bathroom has shower with waterfall and movable shower heads ( big plus for women) Comfortable bed and plenty storage for clothes in wardrobe. Outside there’s a patio and seating area ( not used as winter) We chose because family live nearby, and didn’t need to have our own transport. Other visitors would need a car to get around the wider area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment and only cooked breakfast.

Die Unterkunft war atemberaubend! Nix 0815, sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hat auf so vieles im Vorfeld hingewiesen, dass keine Fragen offen waren. Es war einfach super und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Très splendide logement. envie d’y retourner et d’y rester. moderne et spacieux avec air conditionné au chaud et au froid. parking disponible pour au-moins deux véhicules. Intervention immédiate en cas de soucis quelconque. Excellent

Stayed here for the F1 Spa Grand Prix. It’s was 30-45 minutes drive which made it ideal. The cottage was lovey and quiet being offset from the road down a drive. The garden was huge. Could have stayed here as a family holiday it was nice and relaxing. Loads of local recommendations and helpful information on check in. Rooms were plenty big enough. Place was clean. Loads of amenities. Would definitely stay here again

Mijn oud-leidingsploeg en ik hadden een heel fijn verblijf in de accommodatie van Roald! We werden super warm en hartelijk ontvangen door de moeder van Roald, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. In de omgeving hebben we een mooie wandeling kunnen maken en konden we lekker gaan uiteten in De Bron! Zeker een aanrader dus. 😊 Bedankt Roald en Irma!

We waren met een vriendgroep een weekendje weg. Het is een hele mooie accommodatie, genoeg ruimte en een mooi buitenverblijf. De host is heel vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Kortom: een aanrader om naartoe te gaan!

Het Reigersnest: een schitterende plek, prachtig gelegen in een mooie, waterrijke omgeving. Een groot, comfortabel huis met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een ruime veranda, een groot terras en heel veel aangename buitenhoekjes. Wij waren met gans het gezin (3 generaties) en er is echt voor elk wat wils. Dankjewel Esmeralda, wij hadden een prachtig weekend en komen graag terug. Frans en Monique

Hôte très accueillant, logement très agréable, spacieux, au coeur d'un quartier très calme et agréable. De nombreuses balades sont possibles autour, et le logement contient de nombreux choix de jeux / activités. Je recommande vivement !

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

Wir sind ein Freundeskreis von 8 Personen und haben den Jahreswechsel in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Wir alle waren überwältigt von der geschmackvollen und hochwertigen Einrichtung des Hauses. Lissy ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns das Haus gezeigt und uns einiges zu dessen Geschichte ezählt. Auch die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. es gibt viele Wanderwege und zwei Stauseen in der Nähe. Wir sind uns alle einig, dass wir das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Très agréable week-end familial dans cette maison spacieuse, bien décorée et très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on est nombreux. Balades agréables à faire proches de la maison. Christine est une hôte très réactive.

Chouette maison pour grand groupe. Piscine jacuzzi juste geniale pour les enfants et hot tub+sauna avec vue pour les adultes! Differents espaces et equipements de jeu juste nikel pour profiter! Et plein de chouettes balades dans le coin... Que demander de plus? En effet, legere odeur au niveau des sanitaires mais pas du tt envahissant... Super sejour, on recommande!

Het huis was op een geweldige locatie. Op wandelafstand van het dorp. Ideaal voor een grote groep. Genoeg bedden. 3 keukens en een grote living en eetkamer. Grote tuin ideaal voor families. De gastvrouw Elodie was uitstekend! Ze antwoordt meteen en is super vriendelijk en flexibel!

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

Een prachtig, authentiek verblijf met prachtige natuur in de buurt. Perfect voor grote groepen die er even tussenuit willen en in een unieke setting willen logeren. We zijn goed onthaald in deze geweldige accomodatie en het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Mooie villa die rustig gelegen is in het prachtige Ardennen. Zeer ruim en netjes. We werden goed ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies en tal van aanbevelingen om de buurt te ontdekken. Alles werd prima voorbereidt voor onze aankomst (kamer indeling, kinderstoelen, ...). Bedankt!

Ramon was a great host! He welcomed us at the villa, showed us around, and explained the reason for the additional deposit. He shared the challenges he had faced in the past with groups of friends but encouraged us to enjoy our time and simply be mindful when using the villa’s amenities, like the whirlpool or sauna. We had a fun stay as a group of 8 and would definitely come back :)

Heerlijke omgeving en fantastisch woonkamer met piano. En heerlijk zwembad.

My family had a very nice stay at Winde’s place. It was exactly as described and Winde was a great host. Would definitely book again if we are to visit the region.

Tolles, modern eingerichtetes, großes Haus, welches in zwei Teile aufgeteilt ist. Im vorderen Haus befinden sich die Schlafzimmer und im hinteren Teil, durch einen kleinen Hof getrennt, befindet sich eine große Küche mit einem langen Esstisch und das Wohnzimmer. Der große Garten- und Terassenbereich lädt zum Chillen und Entspannen am Pool und in der Sonne ein. Der Pool wird nachts abgedeckt und jeden Morgen und Abend von der Besitzerin gereinigt, sodass er immer sauber ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Meine einzige Empfehlung ist Gewürze und Öle zum Kochen selber mitzubringen, da diese nicht vorhanden waren. Aber die packe ich gerne für meinem nächsten Besuch in diesem tollen Haus ein.
