This upstairs apartment was great! Kitchen was huge, bathrooms were good sized and well-stocked. Bedrooms were spacious (especially the master) and the beds were comfortable. This unit was very comfortable for our family to stay in. Laundry facilities were great, too! Would love to come back in the summer and experience a stay in this Airbnb again!

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. Jean is very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions. The apartment is as listed. Peaceful area. Mayville is a great central location if you want to explore both the wineries near Lake Erie and any activities on or along Lake Chautauqua.

I felt right at home. Charlene is an awesome host. House rules were clear and completely reasonable. The property is peaceful and serene, I would definitely book with her again.

The loft was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean—perfect for my daughter’s weekend audition at Fredonia! It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, and the building felt very safe and secure. Parking was so easy, the location was lovely (even in a Western NY winter), and the space was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Chris was a truly awesome host - so responsive and accommodating. If things pan out at Fredonia, this will definitely be our go-to spot. We’re so happy we found it and look forward to returning. Huge thanks to Chris for everything!

Sally went above and beyond during a pretty tumultuous stay! A huge dump of lake effect snow meant our plans were constantly changing, and Sally was flexible, supportive and concerned throughout. They kept the walks and parking places clear of snow, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was alright. Perfect stay! A good amount of space and a location that can't be beat. Claire also provided a lot of amenities that places don't always provide, which really made the stay less stressful since we were traveling with a baby. Highly recommend!

Very cute place that was perfect for our short Peek n' Peak getaway. Love that it's dog friendly! The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and diningware and the house is close to grocery stores and gas stations. We felt very at home, comfortable, and safe!

Mike and Katy went above and beyond to make our Valentine's Day weekend truly special. I booked their Airbnb a week prior, wanting to surprise my girlfriend, who lives on campus nearby. The challenge was that I live eight hours away, making it nearly impossible to decorate or prepare anything myself. Mike and Katy graciously took on the task, transforming the entire house with thoughtful decorations. My girlfriend was absolutely stunned and delighted when we arrived – it was a perfect surprise! Their incredible hospitality and attention to detail completely blew me away. I can't thank them enough for making our Valentine's Day so memorable. If I could give them ten stars, I would!

Very nice place. Had a ton of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice location close to the ski slope but was out of town enough. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return to ski again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was impeccably clean, lots of fun stuff to keep the kids entertained, and plenty of space for our family. We hope to come back again!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Stayed at Tony & Steve’s place for a ski trip. It was perfect. Downtown restaurants were walkable. Ski slopes were a short drive. House was clean. Check out process is simple. Clear instructions were left. Would book again.

AMAZING historic building, super clean, centrally located, easy parking, easy entry. We loved staying here and will certainly return! The nearly 20 foot ceilings are also incredible! 🙌🏼

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

Great location. Ski in and out with shuttle service. Comfortable condo. Great stay for HV. Had lots of kitchen utensils for cooking and amenities.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

This is the second time we've stayed at one of Joe's rentals. We love the location, the space is just right for our family of 4, though we spend most of our time outside on the slopes. Master bed is comfy, perfectly supportive after a full day of skiing. Whole space is clean and comfortable. Fireplace is warm and cozy.

We were thrilled with the space! We definitely will book again! Perfect for a family that needs separate sleeping space and room to stretch out.

This place is exactly as described in the listing. A perfect spot if you are looking for a ski in / ski out at Holiday Vally, you can’t beat the location. Joe was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We fully intend on coming back to this spot next year 😊
