We had a lovely time at this villa! The rooms were pristine and the kitchen and living area was quite spacious and nice. All of the amenities were easily available and the pool table was particularly fun to use. There are a few popular beaches nearby, so it was easy to visit those as well. And Boris was an amazing host with lots of helpful recommendations during our stay. Overall, we had a great time!

Very nice villa and big pool, toys were available for my 1 year old son, thanks rockybuddy caretaker and cook were available whenever required Everything was explained in detail by the host Will surely book again and recommend this place to my friends

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

We stayed at Greet and Gafa's place for 2 days and it was the best decision we made. The place was huge for two and it was beautifully designed by the host. I loved how the place was squeaky clean and we were given fresh towels and linen. The best part about the stay was the pool and the outside sitting area. The place looks amazing during the day and at night. The place is as shown in the pictures. Both the host were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Greet was very specific about the instructions regarding the house. Host helped with the restaurant recommendations and also helped us with taxi and scooty rental. The only issue was about the electricity which was going frequently in the afternoon and the place didn't had back up but it didn't bother us much because it was for short time. Overall Kudos to Greet and Gafa! Would definitely recommend and come again in future. Thank you to let us stay in your little paradise. ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at this place, as it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed. We dedicated our entire trip to enjoying the fantastic pool, which was absolutely awesome. The host was incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. It provided a sense of privacy, allowing us to relax, while at the same time, it was a fantastic place to have fun with friends. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils, making our stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's a must-visit!

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

Had an amazing experience at Calypso. Shweta was very responsive and the check in was smooth and hassle free. The cook and housekeeping were great and very helpful. The place was clean and the views were stunning. Loved the pool. Had a great time.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Had an amazing stay at Mar Selva by Koala. Staff were very helpful and responsive with any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Goa!

We had to book this in emergency as our earlier booking had cancelled on us on the day of our landing. Villa Sereno was nothing short of serendipity. Its a 100 year old Portuguese style Villa with spacious rooms and a backyard pool. Raju the caretaker was always available and was very attentive for our needs. 10/10 would recommend to a group of 8 friends or more.

VILLA LOU was one of the best heritage homes in Goa The staff were extremely kind helping with all of our needs and even helped to cook breakfast I will definitely return to Villa Lou again

We had a great stay at Casa Tina Villa.. it’s an amazing place to stay. A right mix of Goan heritage and modern amenities. We had a team bonding session and everyone loved the warmth and comfort that this place provided. We so look forward to going back to Goa to again enjoy the great vibes and hospitality of this villa. Had a great stay. George was very nice to show us the entire place and allowing an early check-in. We found the place exactly as described and showed in the pictures. It is fully equipped with all the necessities like AC, TV, kitchen cookware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The swimming pool was nice and clean. However, the toiletries provided could have been better. Just a small soap was provided.

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in a breeze and providing helpful local tips. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay! most spacious and best location in benaulim side

Words can't describe our wonderful experience in Kirti's place. It's a lovely 4 BHK Villa on a hill with sweeping views of the beautiful Mandovi river from the living room cum kitchen (on level 2) and 3 bedrooms (on level 1 & 3). An elevator is available to take you up & down all levels). The bedrooms & washrooms are spacious, the balconies are large and the furniture in all spaces is lovely. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Panaji is just about 5 kms from this place. Swiggy & Zomato delivers, hence we didn't feel the need to drive out for food. The best part was the proactive attitude of the host! I have stayed in a good number of Airbnb places in Goa - I can definitely rate Kirti as one of the best hosts. Though we didn't meet, she helped us with a late night issue for which we are grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all guests looking for a nice, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Had a lovely stay, house was situated in private neighborhood in gated community and the architecture of the house was modern and very tastefully furnished , I don’t think pictures do justice to the property , caretaker was very responsive and available quickly and host was most gracious for late checkout , loved the pool view ans pool and big rooms and big showers

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

Had a great stay with my friends. They mentioned even the negative things in the description so that we don't feel deceived. Read the description fully and book it since it is exactly as described. Felt the villa is small in size. overall an excellent stay of a group of 8 or more.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)
