Absolute bang for your buck ! Comfortable bed with pillow options ! This SMART apartment features Google Home and Smart TV came equipped with a soundbar ! Much more amenities than booking a hotel room ! Room has aircon , water filter with hot water option and even a big mini-fridge ! Toilet has heated water and a built in bidet on toilet seat . Room also has strong wifi connection ! There was also an outdoor balcony in the room , featuring great unblocked views to catch sunrise and sunsets ! Check in was extremely easy and host is very friendly , responsive and communicative . Check-in and check-out instructions were easy and direct . Deserves the “Superhost” title ! Location is great ! About 10 minutes away from Grand Batam Mall , Pasar Penuin Shopping Mall , A2 Food Court and even Nagoya Thamrin City (Many Chinese food options) ! Apartment has 24 hour guard and key access is needed to enter , which makes you feel safe . Absolutely worth it and i look forward to my next stay !

Perfect spot to stay a for quick and great value getaway. Apartment was exactly as described. Erlington’s commination was clear and prompt to respond. Really easy instructions on how to access apartment and as a bonus, probably the comfiest mattress and pillow I’ve ever slept on!

Sangat menyenangkan. Unit sesuai dengan deskripsi dan foto. Saat Check in, kebersihan unit terjaga, tidak ada debu, Ruangan harum. Pada tiap ruangan terdapat pengharum dan di dalam Rak/kabinet dapur terdapat penyerap kelembapan, sebuah nilai tambah. Di dalam kamar disediakan perangkat air purifier. Peralatan dan fitur lengkap. sangat menyenangkan untuk memasak makanan yang simpel dan memanaskan makanan menggunakan microwave. Water heater pada shower sangat sesuai, sangat nyaman bagi kami yang perlu mandi air hangat di malam hari. Kamar tidur nyaman dan bersih. Batal dan selimut bersih. Dua jempol untuk jaringan internet yang disediakan, koneksi baik. Penyedia unit meminjamkan akun Netflix, prime, YouTube ,hbo max yang sudah login pada Smart tv. Streaming lancar tanpa buffering. Komunikasi dengan Ms Rany juga sangat responsif. Keseluruhan, sangat recommended untuk harga tersebut. Nyaman, serasa di rumah sendiri. Akan menjadi pilihan saat harus menginap di Batam.

The view from the top floor is great and fills the room with natural light. The building is well maintained and there are plenty of food options nearby. The host is great and very easy to communicate with. Recommended for visitors to Batam.

Easy access and a pleasant environment—my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Batam.

Booked for 5 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Able to do light cooking and washing and enjoyed watching movies/youtube on the smart TV. Host is friendly and responsive. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The stay was awesome! Felt like home. My kids love the pool and also the bathtub. Just that the Room 2 the door cannot lock. Overall i will give it 10/10 ⭐️😍 Will come back again soon and recommend my family and friends! Thanks Koh!

We stayed for a night at Anju’s place and it was nothing short of amazing! There were a lot of activities (e.g. board games, switch) to do in the house that you don’t really need to leave the place. The bed was comfortable and the space was big enough for my friends and I to have an enjoyable night in. 10/10 will recommend and rebook in the future

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.

A very nice condo that is located nearby mamy malls. Facilities such as the gym and pool are a huge plus. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
