La maison était mieux que sur les photos, nous avons été très bien accueillis et l’endroit est vraiment exceptionnel, le paysage très agréable et on était à 100 mètre de la plage . Pour les sportifs, les randonneurs ou bien seulement pour apprécier la vue face à la mer, il y’a plus de 20 km de pistes qui traversent les plages et tous cela à portée de chez vous. Je recommande à 200%

Heerlijk groot huis met drie badkamers voor vijf personen. In alle ruimtes airco aanwezig, super stil en regelbaar. Huis voorzien van alle gemakken, super grote koelkast en alle denkbare keukenapparatuur. Lekker schoon zwembad van netto 10 meter. Ligbedden om tot rust te komen. Wel muggen, maar goed te bestrijden, eigenlijk weinig last van gehad. Parkeren voor de deur en iemand met een EV kan op 7 minuten afstand prima laden bij de mc Donalds, naast de Lidl, ook handig om laden en boodschappen te combineren. Omgeving is ronduit fantastisch mooi met wandelen, strand en veel rust. Huis en gebied heerlijk voor een echte vakantie met je gezin. Maria is een geweldige relaxte begeleider voor ons geweest

Pasamos un fin de año excelente (Lunes a Viernes). Tres familias (6 adultos y 6 chicos). Las fotografías concuerdan. La atención de Lucía desde el inicio fue excelente. La villa es sumamente espaciosa y sus camas cómodas y sensación de limpieza. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Sus distintos espacios permitió el disfrute de los chicos y de los adultos. La barbacoa la usamos en varios momentos. Si bien no usamos la piscina está cuenta con servicio externo de limpieza semanal. La villa requiere un poco mantenimiento, pero no afectó lo bien que lo pasamos. Gracias Lucía.

Buen alojamiento, mucha paz, todo limpio y agradable. Desiré es una gran anfitriona. Pendiente todo el tiempo de que todo esté bien, responde rápido.

Wir haben dieses haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Es hat eine wunderschöne Lage und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Happy in the Sun hat Fragen gerne und recht zügig beantwortet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und privat gefühlt. Wunderbarer Garten und Pool. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben zB für den Einkauf und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Abend wäre mehr Licht ganz schön. Aber sonst alles perfekt! Martina ist zudem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus noch einmal buchen💫

Unser Aufenthalt in Denia war wunderbar. Wir wollten ruhige Ferientage verbringen und konnten in einem Zimmer etwas arbeiten, in der Küche fein kochen und in den Badezimmers abkühlen. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön und tief, ideal um zu tauchen und planschen. Die Aussicht bis aufs Meer ist wunderbar und im August konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang vom oberen Stockwerk aus betrachten. Die Tage am Pool waren wunderbar erholsam und die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und das allerbeste: Die Unterkommt kommt inklusive zwei Katzen und einem Hund, zwei davon kuscheln auch gerne :-)

Casa, zona, instalaciones y caseros espectaculares, sitio para ir a todo, tanto descansar como para ir a disfrutar de un buen finde con amigos, todo esta en perfectas condiciones y de buena calidad, muchas gracias por todo, seguro que volvemos!!

What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y quedamos todos encantados! Buena ubicación y entorno muy tranquilo. Disponíamos de todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana, desde los servicios como el de barbacoa hasta ropa de baño! Jose Manuel muy amable y atento! Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Maria . Elle est assez grande pour 12 personnes avec des espaces pour chacun . Le paysage et la cuisine extérieure sont de vrais plus. Nous regrettons cependant l’absence de volets occultants dans la chambre du haut ainsi que de climatisation dans les pièces du rez de chaussée . Maria est une hôte agréable et très réactive .

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, Javi était un hôte super qui restait disponible et joignable. La villa est juste magnifique et très bien située pour visiter la région. Encore un grand merci Javi, on reviendra

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The location was peaceful, and the surrounding nature made our stay even more special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic house with great layout and super voew of the ocean. Great host that made us feel very welcome. Altea and surounding area is a wonderful place to visit with lots of things to see and do.

Sergio ist ein absolut hilfsbereiter, proaktiver, herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist super, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und die Unterkunft selbst in einer sehr sauberen und schönen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Besonders toll ist die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung: Sogar Sandspielzeug, Bauklötze und einen Sonnenschirm haben wir gefunden und nutzen können. Und für den Fall der Fälle sogar Zahnbürsten und Pasta :-) Die Unterkunft hat zudem eine tolle Raumaufteilung: Unten Essen und Wohnen, oben Schlafen, ganz oben de Dachterrasse - für Familien wirklich praktisch. This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Sympathieke gastheer, reageert snel en adequaat. Uitzicht was prachtig, omgeving mooi. Mooie baaien en stranden in de nabije omgeving. We hebben genoten van dagtrips en het mooie weer. Als je een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zoekt en niet op zoek bent naar overdadige luxe dan is dit huis een aanrader.

Buscábamos tranquilidad y estar cómodos en la casa. Íbamos 9 personas. Y se cumplieron los objetivos. La casa es espaciosa y cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila, residencial, muy cerca de la playa y con buenos restaurantes. Además, se llega al centro y a las playas de arena muy facilmente en coche. Por parte de Rosa y su hijo, todo fue muy sencillo. Cercanos y nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos. En general, muy satisfechos.

Pasamos una estancia excepcional en este chalet a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La ubicación es perfecta para los amantes del mar. El chalet es espacioso, elegante y limpio. Marta es amable y atenta, y la piscina privada fue una gran ventaja. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Super auch für größere Gruppen mit viel Platz und die Ausstattung ist so gut wie normalerweise nicht in Ferienhäuser. Ein absolutes Plus sind die bequemen Matratzen und Kissen, wir nehmen normalerweise immer unsere eigenen Kissen mit - das hätten wir hier nicht gebraucht:)

Primeramente, la casa era tal y como se ve en las fotos , aunque merece más la pena estar en la casa. Estaba equipada con lo necesario para pasar la estancia los días que se necesiten . Está súper bien ubicada para el acceso a la playa. Borja, muy atento, amable , muy comunicativo y resolutivo. La zona , es muy tranquila , muy agradable pasear por allí. Recomiendo mucho la casa , a Borja como persona , la playa y la zona. ¡No nos pensaríamos el repetir!
