Excelente la casa de Miguel tal y como está la descripción es lo que encontramos aunque superó mis expectativas con mucho gusto regresaremos es una airbnb extraordinario. Venga sin miedo a la casa de Miguel y sus vacaciones serán tal y como se las imaginó.

Fue un viaje en familia y todo estuvo muy bien, Selene siempre pendiente de lo que necesitáramos , sin duda regresaríamos.

Fue una agradable estancia, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo, la ventaja de que fuera en una zona privada ayudó para la tranquilidad y la comodidad, la zona era segura y tuvimos una excelente experiencia, con la ventaja de la alberca y el aire acondicionado que en Cancún es muy necesario. Todas las habitaciones tenían televisión. Si volvemos a ir, en definitiva nos volveríamos a quedar ahí si es posible porque quedan cerca centros comerciales y les recomiendo que si buscan tortillas, pan, o verduras, afuera en la avenida pueden encontrar todo y si no, hay un Walmart cerca. La señorita Xochitl fue muy amable, muchas gracias por todo.

Jessy fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia, se mantuvo en comunicación constante y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y se sienten como si realmente estuvieras en casa, el vecindario es muy tranquilo, con suficientes amenidades para hacer cómoda la estadía y con restaurantes y supermercados a unos cuantos minutos, sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Nairobel desde antes de la llegada estaba pendiente, te daba explicaciones claras, la casa es 10 de 10 vale la pena, es tranquilo, la piscina la tienes enfrente de la casa, bastante amplia, lo que anuncia y se ve en las fotos es tal cual. sin duda alguna si regresamos a Cancún sería nuestra opción para pasar los días en Cancún

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

This spot's pretty awesome. One thing not included in the description, but that was of tremendous value was the restaurant right outside the complex. The food was good and it was cheap, we planned on cooking a bunch of our own meals but ended up eating there a bunch. The pool is super nice, and the place is very spacious. Would highly recommend we had a great time!

David and his wife were super friendly, gave us great recommendations, and he was super easy to communicate with whenever we needed. He was super clear about everything and was fun and easy to chill with when we had downtime! Thanks David

This was our family’s third time staying here. We feel very comfortable and safe. We love the pools. We used the gym and the paddle courts often. There are many good taco and local food places nearby, as well as groceries. Claudia is very quick to answer any questions we have and she is also very quick to deal with any issues. She is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

Muy buen servicio tal como lo anuncian lo único fue q nos quedaba un poco lejos de la zona de playas aún q hay enfrente sale la combi q te lleva al centro y de el centro agarras un camión q te lleva a la zona hotelera y a playas pero todo muy bien 🙌🙌

10 min walk to the Isla Mujeres Ferry, Laundry and a couple of Cafes. You will find an atm along the walk to and from the Ferry, an Oxxo (store to pick up water) and many vendors during the early afternoon selling great quick eats. Directly across the street are plenty of restaurants and the best part of this place is that you have little niño beach you can walk to if you don’t want to head over to Isla or other beaches near the hotel zone. It’s a beach with nice water and plenty of locals and at night there are plenty of vendors selling food, desserts, etc. The room itself is perfect to work from since it’s good WiFi, good lighting and no noise. The bed is very comfortable! I enjoyed sleeping on it. Outside I did enjoy sitting around the pool a lot and just sticking my feet in while enjoying some deep conversations. It’s tiny but enough to sit or fit 5-7 around it and within it. Also, it’s safe around the area and I felt great walking during the day and night. Thank you!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

Martha was very flexible with check-in. We arrived early and she stored our luggage for us so we could grab a bite to eat. The restaurants around the Airbnb are excellent. Casa Verde was exactly as described if not better. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the pups were an added bonus. We hope to come back another time. Thanks for being such a great host!

Très beau séjour en famille. Nous avons réservé la veille seulement, puisque l'endroit que nous avions d'abord réservé nous a laissé tomber à la dernière minute. Margot s'est montrée très proactive et volontaire à nous satisfaire et répondre à nos questions et attentes. Très bel endroit tranquille avec la piscine, des chambres très grandes avec trois salles de bain. Très propre. Plusieurs commodités (cuisine, serviettes de plage, laveuse-sécheuse) et espaces extérieurs parfaits pour des repas en famille. Très sécuritaire avec gardiens et jardins entretenus au quotidien. Dans notre contexte il nous a été utile de louer une voiture pour visiter les plages et la région. Une belle retrouvaille en famille avec deux jeunes enfants ! N'hésitez pas.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gabriela’s casita. The house is larger than the photos suggest and is perfect for two people. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the location is close to public transit and a few food options. Gabriela is a warm and lovely host and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay outside of the busy commercial area to relax.
