This place is a gem! Large space but felt intimate and cozy. The fireplaces are great, the deck looked inviting but we had so much snow, we spent most of our time on the slopes. Amazing art work throughout, well stocked kitchen, and lots of light! Great space.

House was clean, spacious, and conveniently located for our trip to Williamstown. And the hosts were extremely responsive - we had no issues during our stay. Thank you!

We were so pleased with the ease of checking in and finding a clean house. We had our 2 dogs with us and enjoyed the neighborhood walks and use of the yard. The outdoor lighting was also a good asset. Loved the woods give at might after long days on slopes. Thanks again.

Our stay at Forty Two North was great. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. The house was clean and accurately depicted. The hosts were prompt with response time. Our family skied at Stratton, it was close and easy to get to. We would definitely come back again.

This was the perfect winter ski / snowboard getaway for our group of 16. We had 3 families and the room to bathroom / bed ratio in this property were perfect. There was plenty of private space in the bedrooms to allow for some peaceful away time and there was also ample shared space so we could enjoy being together. The house and property are extremely well taken care of and the host was very proactive with information and other helpful information about the location and surrounding area. Very close and easy to access Stratton Mountain! We had 7 inches of fresh snow during our trip and the driveway was plowed by 8AM - in time to make it to the mountain for the first lifts. Will definitely book again!

Collen's woodland lodge was a joy to spend a few days in. It felt like a family home, very cosy and extremely well equipped on all fronts. The location by the babbling brook was so pretty

The house has the cozy rustic charm of an old farmhouse. Hand hewn post and beam work speaks to its heritage. The kitchen is very well provisioned with everything a large group needs to cook and enjoy making meals together. The large, reclaimed wood dining table was a beautiful addition to the space. The living room was super cozy by the pellet stove sipping coffee to start the day or lounging after hours. We really enjoyed the ability to bring our chocolate lab Gus, who absolutely took advantage of the large open spaces around the outside of the house. Overall Scott was a terrific host and was available any time we had questions about the house. We look forward to staying again!

Shannon’s place was perfect for our Christmas visit with our son. Clean, spacious, great location, fully stocked, and made the perfect place to host our son and his Copper Mountain colleagues for Christmas!

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

The house was great for a weekend of skiing. It’s a cozy home with plenty of room. The sauna was great after a day of skiing. Emilio is a great host, very responsive and accommodating.

This was the second time I booked Erin’s place and my group and I loved it! The outdoor jacuzzi is a huge highlight. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

This place is simply beautiful. Both the surroundings and the house. The beds had tons of pillows and the linens were high quality soft cotton. There was plenty of room for our group with 3 levels of home to hold us all. The kitchen was well appointed and beautifully designed. The backyard was so beautiful, we took our family photos there. The deck was a great place to hang out under the string lights around the fire pit, while keeping an eye on the kids in the living room through the big windows. We even saw a BEAR cruising by! The clubhouse, the tennis courts, the fishing pond, we did it all and it was absolutely magical. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property! Stayed here for a ski trip with friends, we had a great time and the house was a great size for all of us! Hot tub works great and the indoor fireplace was fun to use as well. Would absolutely stay again. Super polite and responsive hosts.

House is good for a large group with multiple bedrooms and large living room. 5min drive to Mt. Snow is also very convenient.

Excellent location with great parking in a well maintained condo. We had seven people and everyone felt really comfortable. We were able to cook a meal easily and watch a movie after skiing with the family. The rooms are the perfect size and the views are so peaceful. Only a four min drive to Stratton, so it made our weekend simple.

Cute place with a large property. Great for dogs. Super close to Stratton, and other ski resorts are also close by. Fantastic value for the money.

Our group of eight people had a wonderful stay at this home, with help from Erika who was in-touch with everything we needed to know. We especially loved the extra bathroom space and two "futon rooms" that offered quiet office/meeting room options as we needed them. The hot tub was beautifully clean as was the rest of the house. Everything we needed- from kitchen appliances to extra blankets- was provided and easy to find. Finally, check-in and out was a breeze thanks to the auto code on the door and clear directions for departure. Many thanks for a great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at Brian's place, the home is perfect for a larger group and has so many toys for the kids, they LOVED it! Everything is very clean, and the kitchen has all the pots/pans needed for cooking. In Feb there was so much snow we got to go sledding in the front yard, and a few from our group made the trip to Stratton for the day. We love going to Wilmington for coffee/lunch. Planning to be back again in 2026!

Even better than the pictures. It was a great place for a ski trip. I enjoyed walking around the house and exploring the property. For the price you can’t beat it. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place.

Scott and Susanna were wonderful hosts! The cottage was just as described in the listing, very clean and comfortable. We loved meeting Susanna and introducing our puppies! A peaceful and beautiful place to stay…
