This is the second time we have stayed here and it wont be the last. The house is located right behind Main Street, so you can easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We love coming here in the winter for skiing (only 30 minutes from Cataloochee Ski Resort). The house has a hot tub and fire pit to warm up in the chilly weather. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the house is always so clean/well stocked. I highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

This property is stunning. The windows are enchanting and the decor is simple, clean, and modern, but also adorably trendy. You can access incredible hikes nearby and this home is only about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. One of the most beautiful places I have ever gotten to see, never mind stay in. Also, the host thinks of everything before you get there and is so thorough with directions.

Our extended family of 13 had a peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the house/cabin and surrounding property justice. The rope swing, swing, and tire swing were a huge hit with the kids - they were addicted to the rope swing! (Even the teens managed to break away from their tech and play on the creek!) The towels to use for the creek were a nice touch. This location made it really easy to get to Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It was unanimous that all of us would love to return! It was a much needed retreat and respite for all of us!

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. We have stayed at several Airbnb and by far, this host was THE BEST! They were thoughtful, accommodating, and flexible. They even stocked the frig with snacks and treats! I have already recommended this place to two others and will continue to! Very convenient location for all the things to do in Hendersonville. Our hosts definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our stay lovely!

The Honey House was beautiful and immaculately clean and in a perfect location just a few blocks from the main street in Waynesville. It had everything that we needed and was a welcome refuge for us while we visited with a dear friend who was in hospice nearby. We totally enjoyed having our evening cocktails on the front porch while we watched the spectacular mountain sunsets. We also loved the hot tub. I wish that we could have stayed longer! David was a responsive and kind host and we appreciated all that he did to make our stay so wonderful.

We had such a nice stay! The home was comfy and clean and so nicely decorated. Great deck on the back to drink coffee and watch nature. Great location in Asheville near everything you need, but doesn’t feel like you are in the city. I highly recommend Athena’s place!

i wanted space and solitude and yet close to hiking and downtown. Rodneys place was great for me.

Great place to stay at for the weekend. Bed was comfy and the sleeper sofa was perfect for our son to sleep on. This place had everything we needed. We enjoyed the little deck looking at the lake with the mountains in the background. What a beautiful view! The playground that was nearby was great for our son to play on. The Buttered Biscuit restaurant right up the road was perfect for breakfast! This is great place to stay at for visiting areas nearby such as Waynesville, Dillsboro, Cherokee and Bryson City. Go eat at Haywood Smokehouse in Dillsboro and look up Nikki’s Frybread in Cherokee.

Great little Airbnb in west Asheville! Perfect for our girls weekend. The hot tub and insanely comfortable bed were a huge bonus. Will definitely be back!

Very nice accommodations in a wonderful setting. Tough to beat value! We were very satisfied, and would return in a heartbeat for our next visit to the Leicester area.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. We loved the fireplace! Kitchen was well stocked. As mentioned in the description, there is a garage on the property with an apartment above where the owners stay occasionally. It is located in a community vs remote, so not uber private but still quiet! We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very very responsive. Very clean Cabins too. Even though pets are allowed, there was no sign of pets inside, very well cleaned. We had a very small concern, and they were right there the second I messaged them! Very very helpful! We will definitely start booking our family reunion June stays here from now on!

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Had a great stay at this quaint and comfortable cabin in the Smoky Mountains. The place was very clean and offered beautiful views. It’s quite remote, so I’d recommend a truck or SUV, especially if the roads are wet. Tammy Jean provided clear directions and was very responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and the full kitchen had the basics for cooking. A nice bonus was a small, unmanned cabin down the mountain where you could grab essentials like butter, eggs, and firewood on the honor system. It even had some tables and chairs for hanging out. Good to know if you forget something—like us, when we bought a whole pound of butter beforehand, only to realize we could’ve just grabbed a stick there! Overall, a great getaway spot, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Had a great weekend in a magical spot.

The Lady and I stayed here in May of 23 and loved it so much we decided to come back (engaged this time otw up). We will continue to come back as long as possible and recommend anyone else to do the same. The surrounding woods are gorgeous and peaceful and not too far away from town or any hiking or sights.

"Modern cabin" is a modest description ... I would call this a mountain retreat! There were four of us (two couples), but the home would have easily accommodated eight. The design of the house was well thought out and roomy, and the decor was stylish and tasteful. It did not seem like a rental. The kitchen was fully equipped. Thick towels and a bubbly hot tub awaited our arrival, and the Saturday morning scones & hot chocolate were a delightful treat! Perfect spot for a remote get-away, but still just 20 minutes from downtown Ashville and many other attractions. We could not have been happier with this "cabin"!
