We came to town to visit JBU for Family Weekend and it was our first time staying in this rental. The rental is in a quiet, new neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything in the house seemed new. It was clean, comfortable, and was exactly what we needed. One little feature that we loved is that the TV allowed us to log into our streaming services and then automatically signed us out upon our checkout date - this little detail made it so convenient - I really appreciate not having to log out of all of our services before we leave. The location is also perfectly situated if you have things to do in and around Siloam Springs. It was less than 10 minutes to the campus and restaurants and groceries were less than a mile. So convenient!

Lori and George provided my husband and I everything we needed. The Lit’l House has all the basic living essentials! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rogers. Lori reached out prior to check in, greeted us when we arrived.. just an amazing first impression. Guest parking is in the back and has a designated spot with a sign, which makes it so easy to find. Once you open the gate to enter the property, you see this beautiful backyard that makes you feel so welcome. They provide lights on the walkway from gate to the patio, which was incredibly nice when walking in the dark! Unfortunately we came during an extremely cold time so we did not get to utilize the patio and all the seating available. I absolutely would find myself out on the patio during beautiful weather. We walked into the home with the sweetest welcome sign. It really is the little things. I hope this place is available for our next trip to Rogers!!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Located close to everything in Bentonville. Helpful recommendations from the hosts are posted inside with places to eat, things to do, etc. I personally liked the trail maps they have up in the garage as well, although I didn’t visit during mountain biking season! Would stay again.

The space was impeccable. Beautifully done. It was quiet and walkable to all the things we wanted to do in Bentonville. It was the perfect day trip for us to get away. One million percent would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and conveniently located to downtown and the momentary. Would highly recommend staying here - it was great!

We visited to ride the Square to Square event. The house was located across the street from a mountain bike trail and a short distance from a paved trail for our road bikes. It was far enough out of the city for the country feel but close enough to drive to stores and restaurants. We had a great time enjoying a fire in the fire pit. We would rent it again but bring our mountain bikes next time.

We loved the views and how peaceful it was. We were hoping to fish but the weather had other plans. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all our questions vey fast. The hill down to the water is quite a long way and very steep so don’t forget anything at the house! All around a great place to stay.

The place was perfect had everything we needed and then some loved how secluded it was away from the main roads would definitely love to stay here again
