This house was perfect! Clean, cozy, all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The neighborhood was very quiet too, which made for a very relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much and have plans to return. While not on the Yakima river, it is just a block away with views from the backyard. The hosts are kind and responsive. We had 3 young children in the home, and really appreciated the fenced backyard so they could play. The stairs up the 2 of the bedrooms are a bit steep, so we were glad we had brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs.

Saira was a terrific host, super responsive, friendly and flexible with our requests. The house is beautifully furnished, and the location is close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again ❤️

Stayed with the two of us plus three elderly family members. House was convenient and met our needs nicely. Wendy was quick to respond when we needed extra chairs and table leaf (in closets, we just needed to look). Quiet road was great for early morning walk. Roku TV with decent WiFi. Woke up to the doves calling each morning.

Was a beautiful home. It was me my husband our 4 year old and 1 year old and my mom and sister. We all enjoyed our stay. Will most likely be staying again for future trips(:

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home. My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.
