Fantastic peaceful farm retreat for city folks and educational trip for kids. Ris is great host from the communication & ensuring we feel most comfortable entire stay. Thanks for allowing me and kids to check-in early to max out our weekend. We were welcome with durians & rambutans & the sounds from the river, chirping birds, colorful butterflies , total serene! Pristine house condition, definitely contributed by the strict rules imposed, which we don’t mind coz it is basic common sense. We love hearing the history of Aman Dusun & the farm tour by Aziz. Happy tummy form the scrumptious meals we had during our stay. First time drinking goat’s milk and it tasted sooooo good! The greek yoghurt from goats milk was delish with fruits and cempedak goreng served was delish. Both adults and kids enjoyed our stay which happens to be the fruit season, thanks again for letting us enjoy the mangosteen, duku, and others during the stay.

We had a wonderful staycation to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place is ideal for big family gatherings, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together. The house itself is beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Surrounded by lush greenery and a serene lake, the setting was peaceful and refreshing—a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether we were spending time indoors or exploring the scenic surroundings, every moment felt special. It was the perfect place to create lasting memories, and we would love to return for another family getaway!

The stay was amazing! The host was responsive, communicated clearly and provided a helpful video guide for check-in. The check in was smooth and contactless, with easy parking and access to the unit. It has fantastic interior design and serene environment! The host prioritised first impression. We were welcomed with a private and relaxing ambiance, equipped with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, guest directory, well displayed emergency contact and friendly tone house rules. Amenities listed were functional. The shower drains were somewhat clogged, but overall, I definitely recommend That Nice Place as a healing venue. It has a great atmosphere!

Our group enjoyed the stay at the Blue House. The location is not too far from the city but it is in a private and peaceful environment.

Extremely responsive and polite host and caretaker. The place is more beautiful than the photos. There is the usual housefly and mosquitoes but there was no cockroaches. While there is no restaurants nearby, the caretaker has recommendation for an eatery that does delivery and the food is superb! Amazing tomyum and satay! Smoking in the house is not permitted (only outside) which is great, considering I was worried about smoke on furniture with their smoking allowed policy. They provided amazing instructions on amenities - fish feeding, kayaking, chicken feeding, and even offered us to ride the cow but we didn't take up the offer. They also provided coffee, tea, water dispenser, and a full kitchen ready for cooking. Toiletries are also provided (1 towel a day). The place is cleaner than my house 😂 Be sure to visit the elephant sanctuary (25min drive) and bentong old town (40min drive). There is a mini mart at the entrance of Kg Bongsu for fresh food!

This place is such a gem. That million dollar view is just WOW. Absolutely stellar house! Dorena is a great host, so friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to be back and rec this gorgeous place to everyone I know!

Excellent chalet, especially for the price. The communication was seamless. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The staff were really helpful, the room was tidy and clean, no creepy molds or leaked ceiling like other hotels and chalet I used to stay in. While the place was generally okay, but it's right next to a busy main road, 62 yards or 56 meters to be exact (straight line distance measured). The traffic noise (superbikes/sport bikes/kapchais and sports cars modified exhausts high revving up and down from Genting Sempah to/from Genting Highlands at 2 to 4 in the morning made it hard to sleep and made our morning quite unpleasant. But I believe it's beyond the host control. The check-out time at 1100 hrs is a bit early I guess. They should follow the standard 1200 hrs check-out time. But this is just my honest opinion. Maybe the host has their own reason for that.

Thirtha Qudus is een prachtige permacultuur farm. Het is een plek om naartoe te gaan om echt tot rust te komen. De kamer is simpel maar sfeervol en doordat je op het platteland bent hoor je natuurgeluiden. Dit werkt erg rustgevend. Mocht je op zoek zijn naar een luxe accommodatie, dan is Thirta Qudus niet de plek. Doordat de douches en de composttoiletten op een andere plek zijn voelt het ook een beetje als kamperen. Op het terrein groeien verschillende planten en bomen. Ook zijn er groentebedden, kruiden en zijn er drie vijvers. De eigenaresse Safia was helaas niet aanwezig. Maar medewerker Wati en haar dochters hebben er alles aan gedaan om voor een prettig verblijf te zorgen. Wati heeft ons rondgeleid door de farm en van alles verteld. Ook heeft ze een workshop zeep maken gegeven. Er waren ook workaway vrijwilligers waarmee we leuke gesprekken hebben gehad. Thirtha Qudus is een aanrader als je een off the beaten track (werk)vakantie wil en geïnteresseerd bent in permacultuur.

A nice and private place with a quiet and peaceful surrounding. Great for a weekend getaway with friends. The check-in instructions from Mr. Lau were clear and he was responsive and helpful.
