We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

Great place! Couldn’t hear any neighbors, clean, comfy bed and convenient! The family room Is a little small and the pull out couch is a single, fyi. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

The layout was perfect for a trip with one of my co-workers. We each had a separate side of the condo for privacy and a comfortable shared area. It was very clean and is in a great location in Bentonville. Most of our meetings were in the Ledger building which was just across the street. Patrick was a great host and we’ll plan to stay with him again!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

I was traveling for business and was able to walk to work. Great location, host was very responsive to my needs and willing to help with my flexible work schedule. The home was just as listed in the description and was squeaky clean and well sticked with recently updated appliances and the kitchen essentials. I would highly recommend this space for it's Excellent value, Great location and very responsive host.

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.

Good spot right on Dickson street and close to everything. Light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine, as there's a train line close by. Hosts were very communicative and instructions on where to park and how to get into the apartment were easy to understand, as well as the cleaning tasks required before leaving. Would stay here again

Deana was a great host! My family and I stayed for a weekend. It was super easy to park, get in and out, and focus on enjoying our stay. We had fun with the games available in the apartment, like foosball and Battle of the Sexes. Eureka Springs was such a fun town and Deana’s place was the perfect location to enjoy it.

This was a great home not a long walk from Dickson bars is was vary clean and everything I thought it was going to be for sure will keep this place in my book in case I wanna go back

Beautiful location and the house was the perfect size for our NYE getaway. Light switch labels were an extra level of ease that I’d never seen before in a bnb, much appreciated!

You won't have to go far to stock the fridge as there's a liquor store directly beneath, and this was a great landing pad for enjoying the entertainment on Dickson St.

I’ve stayed in this unit before and I would book it over and over again. Chris and Nicole are the best hosts I’ve ever booked with and I will book with them every time!

Great location. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and sights Eureka Springs has to offer. The neighborhood is charming and quiet for a good night’s rest. Having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful during the busy weekend that we stayed. Will definitely be back.

We had a great family vacation this spring break season. The view on a lake, quiet place, great cottage, sport amenities, marina make it all great location. Additionally it’s close to locations like Onyx Cave and Eureka Springs (great restaurants and shopping).

I was impressed by how spotless everything was. The bathroom was absolutely majestic—beautifully designed and so relaxing. The hosts were sweet, accommodating, and kept everything simple, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained cabin, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommend.

Very convenient to the college, which is where we needed to be. Many options for food and the area felt very safe. The accommodations were very nice and loved the place.

We loved The Sapling! The duplex is perfect for two couples/families. The rooms are super cute, stocked, and very very clean. The location near Big M Marina is perfect after a day spent on the lake. The hosts are very kind and excellent with communication. We look forward to staying again!

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

We love staying here. Excellent location overlooking the water. Close to Eureka Springs and other points of interest. The condo feels like home. I love the layout as it gives our family multiple areas to hang out. Can be together, but also have your own space. Love it.

The area was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable coming from a picky bed person. I would say stop at the grocery store before arrival because there is distance between the cabin and grocery store.
