This house was in the perfect location! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for going downtown and hitting all the trails. The house was great for our bigger family- we loved having the pull out couch and extra cot. Kids loved the hot tub and pool!

We had the best girls weekend on the lake! The weather was perfect and we spent much of our time out on the deck, which featured a beautiful view of the lake and comfy outdoor furniture. It was such a peaceful and quiet location. The inside was just as amazing and the beds were so comfy! The house had so many amenities and was well worth our money. Other than going to dinner one of the nights, we spent the whole weekend at the house and don’t regret it one bit! The owners are very responsive and there to help if you anything or have any issues.

This is an excellent stay in the Bella Vista/Bentonville area. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, a perfect place to relax with family after exploring the area. Our hosts were superb and made us feel right at home.

From beginning to end, it was an amazing trip. The house is amazing, the view and deck are also incredible. We felt very at home and got the RnR we were craving. So many things to do within a 10-15 minute drive. Super clean, comfy beds, great kitchen. We’ll definitely be back. We’ve stayed at many Air BnB places and this is one of the very best!

Eight guys out for a weekend fishing trip. We had a blast. Loved the roominess of Agata's place. It was comfortable and very function. Huge kitchen and living area. Hope to do it again!

We had a wonderful three night stay. The house was beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. We loved all of the amenities such as the hot tub and the unexpected touches like the robes and first aid kit. We also enjoyed discussing some of the discussion cards and talking about something else besides jobs and kids. I don’t know how many times my husband and I said after our stay that we weren’t ready to face reality after our great getaway. Thank you for investing in a place for couples to invest in their relationships. We are in the midst of raising littles and try to go somewhere for each anniversary. We definitely hope to be back and I would love to visit in the fall when leaves are changing sometime.

This was a very sweet place! Me and my girlfriends came here for our spring break and it was very calm and relaxing, the place was clean and they had anything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could do all the cooking we desired. The view was incredible and beds were comfy. Loved the hot tub and sauna! Only thing to note was that it was pretty far up the mountain so minimum 30-40 mins from the main rogers area. So if you have people who get car sick just prepare well. Overall definitely would stay here again!

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

Location was perfect for our family and super close to the Bentonville Community Center where we played at the park and swam on multiple occasions. Michael was super responsive to questions etc

We had a wonderful stay with the kids! They loved the game room in the garage, which was why we chose this property over others. Michael was very responsive and helped with a couple unfortunate circumstances in a crazy fast way! Inconveniences happen, and he handled them perfectly. The house was very clean, free of clutter, perfectly set up for our family. The house is located close to everything in Bentonville, including Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, tons of restaurants, and quick access to bike trails as well. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Michael and his properties!

Cute little cabin. This was our first time to the area and it was conveniently located to everything. As others have mentioned the road noise is loud at times but didn’t affect our ability to sleep.

Cherice's cabin was wonderful! Only a mile from downtown Eureka Springs, it was an easy drive in to great shops and restaurants. The cabin was very clean, had a great, homey vibe, and the game room and hot tub were an added bonus! Communication was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at "Dad's Cabin"! I highly recommend this cabin for a stay in Eureka Springs!

my husband and i stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary. loved how private and private quiet it was, and enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen every night! the hot tub was a great experience with a view too. would definitely stay here again!

We would recommend to anyone not wanting to stay right in the middle of Eureka but right on the outside, far enough away to feel like you have some privacy but close enough to feel like you aren’t missing out. Property was beautiful, quiet, and we’d recommend to anyone looking for the national park vibe. They definitely succeed in that aspect! We will be staying here again when we return to Eureka!

Great little cabin for a weekend getaway 🙌🏼

If you're looking for a place that is tucked away and private with beautiful views (that roof deck overlooking the lake!) and also within a half hour drive to Eureka Springs, then this is the place for you. The home is gorgeous, the place was absolutely spotless, and there are lots of games and activities for both grown-ups and kids. Highly recommended. We'll likely be back.

This Airbnb was perfect for the weekend getaway we wish we could have stayed longer! Was clean, pretty and felt at home! We also enjoyed the hot tub I miss it already! We will be back!!
