Best location for Fayetteville. Perfect spot. Big, feels right at home. All amenities were perfect. 5 stars.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

We had a great stay! The location is nicely tucked away (private), but at the same time, very conveniently positioned for all of the major areas of Fayetteville. The hosts were very proactive making sure the stay went well.

Our trip started on a rough note with a car breakdown and 1am arrival, our hosts were with us every step and very responsive through our arrival. The stay was perfect, the location is close to town, very walkable and rideable to all the local trails. The space is equipped with the basics you need for a stay and despite the walls being thin we had very respectable neighbors. Overall a great stay and would recommend and come again!

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

I loved this little condo - the amenities were great for the price and I appreciated Dean's attitude - so easy to work with! The place was super quite and felt safe. I will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean, and great fenced in backyard for dogs! There is also a dog park within walking distance, and the slaughter pen trails are within riding distance!

Josh provided perfect instructions and was VERY responsive to every question we had. The getaway was just what we needed and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Pedal Inn 5. 8th St Market was easily walkable with our children for dinner and drinks. They had free plays being performed at The Momentary and the kids enjoyed the large boulder for climbing. It was super easy to access the Greenway and all of the bike trails. We were able to ride bikes to everything downtown had to offer as well. Lisa was great to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a quiet weekend. Kitchen was very well stocked. Honestly had much more than what was expected. Would definitely recommend to others.

Tory’s place is magical—my wife and I are planning to buy both the bed and the shower that are in the master bedroom. After you stay here you will never be the same (only half joking)

We had a wonderful stay at Christina's place! It was very clean with tasteful and comfortable furniture and decor. The King bed is firm and the Queen was a bit softer, both very comfortable. They had curtains and shades on the windows to block out the light (very important for us, haha). The location is great, just a short drive to downtown Bentonville, which has plenty of restaurants, etc. I'm a runner and there was fairly close access to a beautiful running/biking trail within a few minutes from the house. We stayed with our two young boys and had a great time!

Fantastic location! Great view, privacy yet in the middle of so much accessible. Very clean and the host contacted me to see if all was satisfactory. It was.

Condo was very clean and decks were very nice. Kitchen was stocked with cooking needs, pans and a great selection of spices!

Candace’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we expected and more! Plenty of rooms for privacy and they were very roomy besides that!! This was probably the best experience we have ever had!! Thank you Candace for sharing your home with us!

Close location to golf courses.

Great space for 3 couples to enjoy all Bentonville has to offer. Close to everything and very walkable. Great coffee shop and dining nearby. Clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great location and a reasonable walk to the square. Coffee shop right across the street. Easy walk to the bar at the momentary (great view). Host is very responsive. Lots of space. Kitchen is great for preparing meals with family and friends. Had all the items you’d need. We made some complicated meals there. Bathrooms were nice. Has a rooftop patio that we never used because of the weather. Only drawbacks are: doors were hard to lock (keys didn’t fit well), no rugs in entry ways so you felt like you were tracking mud and rain in all the time, parking could be an issue depending on how many people are meeting there. Talk to the host if you’ve got 3 or more cars coming in. No street parking out front. So you have to park out back in/by detached garage or gamble with the parking lots across the street. Technically a two bedroom with options for sleeping on couches or air mattresses in other rooms/meeting spaces. Checkout requirements are quite reasonable.

We absolutely LOVED it! This was the perfect weekend getaway. The Chapel was breathtaking and such an amazing experience.

We had a great stay. The garage was great for our bike storage. The location had wonderful trail access. Beds were comfortable and it was really convenient having a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Neil’s place is absolutely beautiful and could not be in a better location! It was perfect for our biking weekend. We were able to store our bikes in the garage and walk to everywhere we went in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again. Also, there is plenty of room if you had multiple people staying.
