Yvette was a great host, particularly with the flexibility she showed with check in. My bus got in late and she stayed up late to meet me and gave good instructions. Probably the cleanest AirBnB I have stayed in the city. Great restaurants nearby and close to Subway and Central Park. Really worth the value.

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

I love staying in unique Airbnbs when I come to NYC for work and this was definitely a treat. It was very much out of a movie and times gone by and yet so reasonably priced, comfortable and easy to access. Walk or ride to Columbia easily. LOTS of walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to trains. Don’t stay if you’re not keen on sharing a bathroom (I didn’t mind and it was never a problem) but note there’s only one shower (the floor I stayed on had just a bathtub) but it’s easy to get to either bathroom if one is occupied. There is a smell in the air that is perhaps the age of the home showing itself but worth mentioning because it might be off putting if you are sensitive to fragrances or other odors but I want to stress that it was VERY clean and nothing I co couldn’t fix in my own room with essential oils. GREAT communication and flexibility on Rene’s part.

Andreas was a good host and his place is very quite. parking can be a hassle with the parking being on the street and it seems this area has very bad drivers but I guess that's NJ in general. I would stay here again for the peace and quite.

Muy cómodo y limpio.Cerca del aeropuerto y de un shopping, Hicimos una escala de 14 hs. Y Anita nos permitió ingresar antes, en cuanto finalizó la limpieza del huésped anterior, lo cual nos benefició mucho. Super recomendable, el vecindario precioso.. Volvería sin dudas . Anita respondió inmediatamente siempre mis preguntas.

A five star getaway. I can’t rave enough about Jennifer and Steve’s beautiful home and wonderful hosting. Every aspect of the design, furnishings and amenities is so intentional and thoughtful, it’s impossible not to feel right at home. Perfect location to explore the local villages, shops, restaurants, and hiking trails (plentiful!), but I found it hard to leave the cozy comfort of The Perch. Don’t think twice for your next adventure out of the city.

We have been staying at Patricia's a couple times now when we visit my parents house. Her home is super cute, perfect for myself and my husband and when we had our dog it was just perfect for her as well. Patricia's place is very clean, neat, tidy and exactly as described! We try to stay at her house every time as we know it will always be pristine!

The host Kelley is a gem! After Marc burst in on her workout shortly after arrival, she was still willing to offer to help assist with Marc’s plan to propose to Clarissa that evening. While we were out that evening, she ran an extension cord from her house and then set up the “Will You Marry Me” neon sign for Marc’s later proposal. Later that evening, Marc popped the question to Clarissa in the hot tub, and SHE SAID YES! It was a beautiful weekend. Very relaxing and reinvigorating, and one neither of us will EVER forget!

I really enjoyed staying here! The Location and the property are beautiful. It was very quiet and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

We were attending a wedding & associated festivities and wanted somewhere walkable in the neighborhood - this fit the bill 100 percent, even though the weather was not the most cooperative! The place was a quiet oasis, the heated bathroom floors were lovely, and we always appreciate hosts providing enough coffee for our stay. Despite not cooking this go around, it is also good to see when there is actual thought put into what is in the kitchen cabinets & drawers - Andrew’s done a great job there. The only issue we had is that one of the windows did not close completely, which was a bit loud on the windier nights.

Amy is a great host! She was very communicative and checking in/out was a breeze. The rental was clean and exactly as described. One extra touch that we appreciated was having dog treats and toys available, which our puppy loved! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling in the Morristown area. Thanks again!

A Cotswold cottage in Larchmont! This charming place was incredibly quiet, comfortable and very clean. Every amenity you could possible need was provided. Joanna went above and beyond providing us with clear instructions and helpful hints to manage our stay. There are lots of fun things to do and good restaurants in Larchmont. The neighborhood even has hiking trails with bald eagles! We hope to come back soon!

Had a Galentines Girl's Night here with 7 of my friends. Our stay at CHOP exceeded our expectations! The unit was beautiful the pictures didn't even grasp how nice it is in person. The host were very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be booking again in the future
