The house was perfect for our work trip, - clean comfortable and spacious. Although it's an older house, it has been very nicely updated inside. Our host provided everything we needed and was always very responsive.

I was with my daughter visiting Fordham University, We felt very safe during our stay and it was close enough to walk public Transportation. To bad the weather was chilly I wish we would be able to take advantage of the lovely back yard..

It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Excelente opcion, todo muy limpio, cerca de new york ya qeu tiene el bus enfrente por usd4 por persona y te deja en port authority primer parada, es para volver realmente excelente todo, si tomar uber esta solo a pocos metros del tunel para llegar a new yor zona vessel, es excelnet opcion, todo 10 puntos. saludos

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

We had a great time in this space. Just like described. Felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Très bonne communication avec Gloria qui a toujours été à l'écoute et disponible. L'appartement de Gloria était parfait pour un séjour de 5 jours. Très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Tous les services à proximité dont supermarchés et boulangerie. A 30mn de Port Authority Bus Station au coeur de NYC via la ligne de bus 159X de NJ Transit (version express de la ligne 159). A quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement de Gloria, depuis la berge ouest de l'Hudson, vue imprenable sur Manhattan, à voir absolument de jour comme de nuit ! En descendant la promenade vers le Lincoln Tunnel au sud, vous découvrirez les quartiers de West New York et toujours une vue incroyable sur NYC.

Tim’s place was exactly as described and photographed. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and well presented. Alina was helpful and very responsive. It was well located near bus routes and very walkable to the ferry which we favoured for getting to Manhattan. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you Tim and Alina.

Perfect place for our family to visit NYC. Convenient onsite parking and easy public transit options. The place was extremely well kept and was perfect for our stay.

Janice's space was absolutely perfect for my long term stay! I felt right at home! The neighborhood is quiet and downtown is just around the corner! The couple that lives below the apartment were very welcoming and friendly! Janice was always very easy to get ahold of, if I needed anything. The space itself is unique, quaint and cozy. Janice did a great job with the remodel of the upstairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!

Nuestra estadía en el apartamento de mignon fue excelente en todo ámbito! Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Estoy muy feliz de haber podido disfrutar gracias a lo cómoda que me sentí en este lugar. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda contactaría nuevamente a esta excelente anfitriona.

Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

We loved this place for many reasons: 1. It's within walking distance to the bus to NYC, making it easy to reach Manhattan in just 20-30 minutes. 2. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 3. Jay was very supportive, promptly answering questions and resolving any issues. 4. The apartment is perfect for small groups (up to 4 people), featuring a kitchen, dining table, TV, and sofa—great for cooking and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Todo perfecto, desde el momento que llegué no hubo ningún problema y si lo hubo se solucionó al momento. Asi que totalmente recomendable y si tengo que volver volvería sin pensarlo.

I was at Gil's condo for about a month and here is a breakdown: Gil's communication is outstanding, he called me to welcomed to NY and his condo and told me to reach out to him if I needed anything. Condo was nice and clean and big enough for my wife and me. Condo is in a PRIME location, there are grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses in walking distance. The nearest grocery store was right across the street. I even used the tailor across the street (who are great by the way) to hem a new pair of pants I bought. Time Square is a 20–30-minute drive depending on traffic which is great. The building is old, so you do hear people walking up and down the stairs and the upstairs neighbors do walk with a heavy foot (I'm not sure if it's old floors but you definitely know when they are walking, but it was usually in the morning, late afternoon and evening but it didn't last too long. We did get peaceful nights of sleep every night. I would definitely rent from Gil again.

This was a super cute and comfy townhome for our family. It is also a short ride into the city from this location.

I stayed here for a month, and Jose was an amazing host—responsive, responsible, and attentive to any needs. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. The entire block is quiet and secure, with a laundromat and convenience store right across the street, which was so convenient. Target, along with Starbucks and Taco Bell, is only a 10-minute walk from the house. Having the entire unit to myself, equipped with everything I needed, was such a treat. Whenever there was an issue, Jose was quick to resolve it. Highly recommend this place!

I couldn’t recommend Emma’s place more, the apartment had lots of space, was spotless and the location was perfect to get the bus in and out of the city (2 minute walk). We had everything we needed here and the beds were so comfortable to get a good sleep after walking and exploring around the city. Emma was responsive and friendly, we would come back and stay here again!

The place exceeded our expectations - it was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in a very modern style. The house was cozy and had sufficient room for for our party of six. The surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. The house provided easy access to and from NYC. I reached out to Elio a couple of times and he was very responsive The pictures on website were nice but did not do it justice. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann

사진보다 훨씬 예쁘고 깔금한 숙소입니다. 1분거리에 156/159 번 버스가 맨하튼으로 30분 내에 안내합니다. 화장실이 두개라서 쓰기에 편했습니다. 그리고 거실에 히터 조절기가 있는데 아주 작동을 잘했습니다. 냉장고와 식기세척기, 전자레인지 모두 새것이고 작동 잘 됩니다. 그리고 세탁기와 건조기도 새것이였어요. 올가는 밑에 집에 사는데 언제든지 궁금한 것들을 해결해 줬어요!! 정말 잘 쉬다갑니다. 뉴욕에 온다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요!
