Loved it! Everyone on staff was super sweet and helpful. It was essentially more a suite/apartment vibe. Would def stay there again!

Great place to stay. Being on Gough Street, you're within walking distance of the stores in Union Square, concerts at Bill Graham, and food/bars on Valencia Street. First entry to the Inn can be confusing, since the code for the door isn't immediately obvious from the information provided by the host. The Inn itself is nice. Our rooms were clean though they smelled old. Shared toilet and shower wasn't much of an issue while I was there and they both looked clean. Finding parking nearby was easy enough. There are garages you can pay for, but there is also street parking if you're willing to plan and mind the time limits. Will definitely be staying here again!

What a lovely place to stay! To be honest, we stayed because of the reviews saying it was located in a noisy area full of nightlife! We wanted to be immersed in a vibrant neighborhood and we were not disappointed. So much good energy just steps away. From a giant park with artists and musicians by day to local restaurants and bars with live music by night. So much amazing food! So many wonderful bars. And it really wasn’t loud at night from inside our room. We slept peacefully. The Inn itself was a total delight. Super cute inside with many nice touches such as a wonderfully stocked 24 hr coffee bar and several seating options. We brought back food several times and just enjoyed the common space. The room was adorable, cozy and just perfect for our needs. You cannot beat this location. We walked everywhere within minutes. Close to cable car line so easy to get around if you don’t want to go everywhere on foot. I’d absolutely stay again!

We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

excellente surprise pour cet hôtel. au vu du prix je ne m'attendais pas à tant chambre spacieuse, agréable et surtout propre. c'est également le cas pour la salle de bain le ménage est fait tous les jours ! l'hôtel était calme la salle à manger commune avec cafetière et micro ondes était très pratique et l'on pouvait y rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. a deux pas des Bart, métros, tram et bus, c'est vraiment un lieu que je conseille fortement pour conclure,tous les membres du personnel que j'ai rencontré étaient sympathiques

This inn was a pretty nice place to stay. Could do a little better on cleanliness but it was still good. Location is great and there was parking so it was a plus.

Great stay. Felt safe inside and liked all the amenities 1906 had to offer. The neighborhood was walkable with plenty to do around the area. Keep in mind that there are people who are struggling to survive and this area has recently had a push of people who have been displaced from other areas to this area. No matter where you travel, be mindful of your surroundings but for the most part just remember that people are struggling and have no help from major cities to get the needs of their lives met. If you live in California you already know how hard it is to find affordable housing let alone housing at all. Most housing is only provided for affluent types. If you are looking for a bargain, amenities, safe feelings indoor this place is really great and is secure. The key for the door has to be held for longer than 10 seconds to the lock, but you will get inside so don't be too alarmed. Lots of bars and eateries and venues to do things. The bart station is just down the street too.

Would definitely like to stay here again when I come back on a trip. Just hope check in went smoother the reservation didn’t appear on there end so took a while to check in

Heated pool was a pleasant surprise! Got to swim in the rain. The location is in the heart of one of the worst parts of SF but the management does an amazing job at keeping the place safe. Would stay here again in the future. $28 to park was a little annoying but they have security to keep the place safe which is worth it to pay and not get your car stolen or windows smashed.

This is a very special space! Wonderfully eclectic decor, amazing enclosed patio with sofas. Very Berkeley. Erin was a pleasure to deal with. I booked at the last minute and she responded quickly and graciously.

From the minute, I walked in to check in I knew I had found my home away from home in San Francisco. The atmosphere was joyful and friendly, the staff was so helpful and the lovely senior citizens were charming. They have an included breakfast that is cooked to order and simply delicious. I had to extend my stay due to some weather at my destination, and they were responsive and took care of me immediately. The bed was super comfortable. The linens were soft and clean. And the icing on the cake was the lovely outdoor patio where I could relax after a day of sightseeing. There was even a delicious bottle of red wine in my room when I checked in. My daughter lives just around the corner so I will be visiting San Francisco often and feel comfortable safe and well taken care of at the Broadmoor. I miss you guys already!

Great place to stay! Fantastic area for getting around. Wonderful restaurants, grocery store, coffee, and hardware store right across the block. Near the metro, and near so many things. Great place for large groups. Reccommend!

This place was an amazing place to stay. I was here in the Bay Area for NBA all star weekend and felt right at home. Although in an older building, the unit itself looked renovated with a modern touch. Hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast included was also a really nice bonus as the staff were friendly and the quality of food was good. Would also recommend the area as well as it is a safer part of town. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to future guests.

We had a very nice time, however they do want you to leave your room key with them whenever you leave the hotel. We didn’t do this because we didn’t want room service to clean up in the middle of our stay. The heaters in the room are also very old and do not work. Just makes a lot of noise that woke us up a couple times. Other than those two things we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided and there were no amenities we didn’t have. It was nicely decorated, and there’s a rooftop gazebo. The hotel is just old but very cute and nice.

It was exactly what I needed for the quick stay at a low cost, while having my own private space. Close proximity to the downtown of Redwood City and around 15 min walk to the Caltrain. Viren was very kind with giving food recommendations and with responding to questions.
