Amazing place to stay

This house was perfect for my mom, daughter, and I. It was close to the airport and convention center, close to shopping, and easy to get to all other areas of Charleston we wanted to visit, but nice to come back to a quiet, safe neighborhood. We could hear the trains, but it wasn’t loud or distracting.

Perfect amount of room for the whole family. Plenty of fish for the kids right out the door to make them happy. Cold AC. Very accommodating with requests and flexible. Will mark it down as a place to stop anytime we are in the area.

Brian is an amazing host, very helpful, and provided everything necessary for the perfect stay. Highly recommend and looking forward to future stays!

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's house. The yard was spacious, everything was clean, the house was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable! We are familiar with the Park Circle area, and it was so nice to be back and visit our favorite local restaurants. We look forward to being back!

Unfortunately our visit to Charleston was under sad circumstances. However having a great host and a great/ CLEAN location made the trip smooth and easy. Would love to book at this location again when we can really vacation and enjoy ourselves! WONDERFUL HOME!

The Picasso Park townhouse was centrally located, immaculate and well furnished for an extended stay. Joseph was responsive and so helpful. We will absolutely stay again when we are in Charleston!

We had such a great time staying here! Was very clean, peaceful, and our pup loved the gated backyard! Joseph was very responsive and worked hard to get us a little earlier check in. There are some great breweries and restraints near by. Joesph can help you out with recommendations! Highly suggest booking with Joseph!

Perfect stay for our family of 3! More affordable than staying in downtown Charleston and only a 15-20 minute drive away. Convenient that we could use the standard Graco pack n play in the closet for our baby; he slept just as good in it as he does in his crib at home. (Remember to bring your own sheets if you use it, and a mattress pad if you prefer extra cushion for them.) Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, just felt a little uncomfortable that the top of the window had no curtain/covering on it, but that could be an easy fix. Appreciated the brita filter/pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Overall very happy with our stay!

This place was perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to take a quick trip to Charleston. Not only was the place clean and immaculate but the bedroom was decorated nicely for my wife’s b-day with her favorite color, flower petals on the bed and a nice gift. She absolutely loved it. We felt at home during our entire stay and the host checked on us and provided excellent restaurants. This will be my go to chill out spot when I visit Charleston.

really glad we stayed here. it's a nice apartment with good amenities. Akira is really communicative and has easy instructions for everything. this was a much better value than local hotels and we got more with it. we will be back here next time we're in Charleston.

We loved our stay! The space was charming, well designed, and full of charming touches. Elena was proactive, friendly, and responsive. Might we also recommend her nearby cafe, The Chatty Magpie.

We had a lovely stay at Joseph’s. It was the perfect size for my husband, my parents and I. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. If we ever return to the Charleston area, we’d consider staying here again.

Our host Joseph was extremely helpful while booking. Very responsive and offered any help we needed, even willing to go the extra mile to offer restaurant and activity recommendations. The house was very nicely kept and had a lot of extra supplies. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

Monica and Eric are wonderful hosts - super friendly and very welcoming! Monica welcomed us as soon as we arrived and made us comfortable our entire stay. She made us yummy breakfast and gave is ideas of places to visit and things to do. We loved staying in Summerville for the first time, and this was the perfect Airbnb! Her family is precious and I'm sure we will be back!

Beth and Joe were friendly, helpful, and great hosts! Made me feel completely at ease staying in a room in their home. They thought of all the things a traveler might need and anticipated questions you might have. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Not an issue for me, but for others, know your room is upstairs. I was grateful to have access to their kitchen and food to make myself breakfast in the morning. A super stay that perfectly met my needs for this trip!

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️

If you’re on the fence, get in with The Chick Inns! 🐔🏠💖 Monica (host) was wonderful to spend time with. She’s kind, considerate, funny, a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, & very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious, creative, & kept me energized throughout the day. On St. Patrick’s Day, we had adorable 4 leaf clover cinnamon rolls!🍀 The whole family is wonderful, and not only makes you comfortable to be around them, but really look forward to their company throughout the day. The animals are well-behaved sweethearts, clearly well-loved & taken care of. Wonderful kids with awesome personalities. For my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with the coolest rainbow cake I’d ever seen! The host’s son made it himself; it was beyond thoughtful! 🎂 The home is beautifully decorated, the bed so cozy you’ll want to hibernate. When you leave a hotel, you feel a bit relieved, but that’s not the case with The Chick Inn. You’ll miss being here, it feels like home & family. 10/10
