I had an amazing experience staying at this house. The property was exactly as described it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic because I was looking for a place to unwind. They were incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great tips for local restaurants and activities. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. I especially loved the firepit outside. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at April’s. We went to a concert at Hollywood casino which was approximately a 10 minute uber ride. The house was clean and easy to find. Instructions were also easy to follow. Uber and Lyft were somewhat difficult to get later at night in this area. We ended up getting a Lyft back to the house just an fyi for anyone staying in this area. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Eric place was wonderful and just what we needed for a weekend girl trip away. The hot tub and speaker were very nice touch. Eric was extremely friendly and very responsive when needed for anything. We had an issue with the hot water being cold but Eric quickly guided me to where the breaker was and explained exactly what we needed to do. The beds down stairs were very firm so I’d recommend bringing some blankets of your own to make a nice cushion under if you don’t like firm beds. We would absolutely stay again!

This house was perfect for 3 families with young kids! We spent time at the indoor pool and enjoyed the games provided at the house. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. The grill at the clubhouse is closed due to a fire, which we fortunately realized ahead of arrival, as we had planned to eat there the first night. Having a washer and dryer in the house was handy, just remember to bring detergent. One of our friends got a massage at the Woods spa and said it was incredible! We didn’t take advantage of the gym but it was spacious and relatively empty. We were there during a wind storm and lost power, unfortunately it never restored so we decided to leave a night early. Anna was very responsive, but cell service was spotty so communication was tough during this situation. There aren’t restaurants or places close by, so just something to keep in mind.

The cabin is just stunning—so tastefully decorated and so peaceful! It was roomy and clean as a pin. Heather was an excellent communicator and perfect host. We loved it!

We booked Lindsay's wonderful house "Somewhere in the Woods" at the last minute seeking refuge from the chaos of inauguration weekend in DC. This was the perfect respite! Quiet, peaceful, and with all of the little touches of home you need! There were plenty of fresh towels, cozy beds (my daughter LOVED the bunk bed in her roo), a well appointed kitchen, a relaxing hot tub on the deck, and beautiful scenery out every single window. There was a snowstorm the weekend we were there and it only added to the ambience! Lindsay was proactive in communicating with us about the weather, offering us an early check-in and late check-out so we wouldn't have to worry about the weather. I spent most of the weekend tucked under a blanket, reading a book, while gazing out at the snow and enjoying the fireplace. We had a chill dinner in Berkeley Springs at a family friendly brewery Lindsay recommended before the weather hit, but will definitely be back to check out more of the area in the future!

Had a great stay and Tony was always responsive including providing passes to the resort which was a bonus.

My husband and I spent a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the view and watching the sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful place!

This was not our first time staying here. Our host, Judy, is friendly, responsive, and just overall nice. We will be staying here again.

Cindy’s garage apartment was beautiful and well-stocked with all of the snacks and basics we could need. There’s even a dog washing station in the garage, and an electric car charger should you need. She provides a $25 gift certificate each night stayed to a local vineyard, brewery to restaurant, and there are many to choose from just a short 5-10 minute drive from the Airbnb! It was peak foliage when we went, and we had dinner at Magnolias at the Mill. We also checked out Bluemont Station Winery & Brewery, Bluemont Vineyard, Great Country Farms, Dirt Farm Brewing, and More Better (highly recommend!). All of these places were beautiful, dog-friendly and a short drive! If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in, bring an eye mask as there is a large skylight right over the bed!

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. The home is directly on the Potomac river with beautiful river views. The home is a split duplex and you have an adorable apartment all to yourself with a wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms, walk in shower, and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water. You barely notice the upstairs apartment other than the occasional sounds of footsteps above. All tvs are smart tvs with steaming capability. The hosts are very friendly and have excellent restaurant recommendations! This is a hidden gem and a great deal!

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Old Town Winchester! We would definitely stay on our next visit to Winchester.

This was my favorite kind of stay. It was exactly as expected. It looked exactly like the photos and the description was accurate. The only thing that may have been a slight surprise was that it was bigger than I had expected, which is a GOOD thing. The welcome card was a sweet gesture. I would like to comment on her responsiveness but everything was perfect so there was no need for me to contact her. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

We made a last-minute decision to stay at Bonnie's place as part of my spring break. Bonnie was responsive right away when I asked if we could still book for that evening. Her place had an incredible amount of amenities efficiently tucked into the space - we had access to everything we needed. We were so thankful to find an affordable option so close to Harper's Ferry.

The room was great, very cozy and homey while really feeling like a B&B experience. The jetted tub was very nice and being right across the street from Berkely Springs park was wonderful. Would definitely stay again when we’re back!
