Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Frank’s home matched the AirBNB description and was airy and open. It had a nice layout for a family and we appreciated the three bathrooms! We loved being on the water and were happily surprised by how peaceful and calm it was. Perfect summer getaway.

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

Hidden gem in LBI! Although it was the off-season we would definitely rent in season. Perfect house for family and walkable to beach and shops and restaurants. Patio is great space for warm weather. Host was great - responsive and available real time for any questions we had.

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

The house was even better than the photos and very convenient to get into LBI and the beach. We booked it because we knew the first week in March is still winter and wanted to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings from inside. It did not disappoint! There was a local park close by that was convenient to take our dogs to, and it was lovely to watch all the wildlife there as well. The house would be great for a family or friends gathering, and we highly recommend it.

Stephanie’s house was even more beautiful than pictured! The location was ideal, only 1 block to the beach and a short walk or very short drive into town for great food and mingling! Stephanie responded immediately to all questions we had and was wake and helpful! The house was tremendous with tons of open space, room for storage and an awesome stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining guests! The small but functional backyard was great to enjoy some fresh beach air and relax while grilling and having a cocktail. Access the the driveway made coming and going super convenient. My family of 3 and our visitors had a wonderful week and will definitely return in the future!

I thought it was very great. The people were super nice. It was a nice walk to the village. My friends and I had a great time.

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

The house was beautiful and just as described. Timothy was a gracious, attentive and responsive host. Check in and check out was a breeze and we really appreciate the hospitality. Looking forward to booking this gem again next time we’re in town!

Alejandro was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We immediately felt at home, and his place had what we needed for our week's stay along the Jersey Shore. One thing we'll highlight – the heating system keeps the upstairs rooms very warm compared to the first floor. This didn't bother us during our stay since we stayed downstairs, but renters with a larger group may need to negotiate what the thermostat's set at during the chilly winter months. We loved our stay and would absolutely rent again!

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Amazing! Jay was a superb host. Super responsive, flexible and friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean and organized, and a great location! Zero complaints, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their family. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

My group and I had a great vacation at Mike’s place! He responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Everything was clean, as pictured, and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be booking here again!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

We had a fantastic off-season stay at this Jersey Shore spot. The location right on the water made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The home was comfortable, the communication was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly generous. A perfect place to unwind—highly recommend!

Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s beautiful home in Ship Bottom. Beautiful views and was a perfect fit for our family. Loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite bath! Michael was a lovely host and quick to respond when we had a question. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you are staying more than a few days (or have more than a few people staying) is that only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We also had to purchase dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Not that this was an issue, but just something to prepare to bring with you. Overall, a great house in a beautiful location on the island. We will look forward to another off-season visit!

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

Sharada and her home were wonderful! She was very response and accommodating. We had an amazing weekend celebrating our Mom’s 80th in this gorgeous house! So much space and the view is to die for!

Lee was a wonderful host, very responsive and always around but never intrusive. The house was as described, with gorgeous sunsets from its porch or a one minute walk away directly from the bay and many activities, restaurants and very short drive away.
