My sister and I stayed at Boris’ place for two weeks. It’s a nice cozy apartment with all the necessities you would want. It’s located in small quiet town, 10 min drive Princeton and 15 min drive to the Princeton junction railway station, where you can take a train to NYC. Very convenient. Boris and Rachel were very friendly and assisted us with all the questions and requests we had during our two week stay.

It was a lovely and cozy place, felt very remote in a good way, a little drive and you can get the food you want and need and explore Princeton!

Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

Great stay, cozy, quiet, comfortable and awesome location right next to the boardwalk. Friendly host and diligent host. Would recommend this property to any family looking for a great experience at Seaside Heights.

We had an amazing stay ! The house is exactly what you need when you go away . House was well stocked with every amenity you can think of even an icemaker which was a real plus ! we really enjoyed the backyard and the fire pit. it was private and quiet just perfect !👍

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Such a cool spot, loved learning about how the house is powered, area is beautiful, space is great and Mike is so responsive and helpful.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! Gorgeous bay views and lots of open space. The place is spotless and has everything you need and more. Tons of games, we sang karaoke for hours, cooked delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. Everything was spectacular and I was so glad there was parking for all of our cars on site. We will definitely be coming back next year! Thanks again for having us!

Wonderful stay at this home. Waking distance to the beach and many food options close by (pizza, seafood, cheesesteak and bagels). The home was clean and with a large living room for our family. Great, friendly and fast response from Gabe and Angela. Our daughter (4yrs old) did not want to leave and keeps asking to go back!

Amanda was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. So helpful and accommodating. Her home has everything ready for you. You feel like your in luxury hotel. The house is so tastefully decorated and literally anything you would think you would want or need is right there waiting. The house is super organized as well. Amanda helped me get in quickly with an emergency situation and stays connected your entire stay. If you need to ask her anything she is super responsive and helpful. I loved our stay and it was exactly what I was looking for. A meticulously clean and comfortable home. I highly recommend Amanda's place to anyone looking for a standout Air BNB! Very happy with our stay! Pictures are accurate and the space was very clean. The emenities provided were incredible. I rented this for my best friend's wedding weekend. The downstairs space was so open and bright. It was the perfect space for us to have makeup, hair, and dress all done with 6 of us in there. Definitely recommend for your Shore Weekend Stay!!

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

The townhouse and Sara were wonderful. My husband and I were there 2.5wks post the birth of our daughter via surrogate and Sara was super responsive and helpful with little things throughout. The townhouse was the perfect space for us to settle in post hospital and just rest settle in with our new baby. Location is A+. Right near campus and the great shops and restaurants.

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
