This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and there were lots of nice extras which we really appreciated. We had one small issue which the owners were super responsive to, and they even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

We had to leave early due to expected snow on the way home. However, they rebated us $250 and I thanked them. We also asked for a Kuering coffee make and they put it in the rental, so that was appreciative. The only concern we had was that we had no flexibility in adjusting the temperature setting. I mentioned to them and he indicated that he would have made the change - so again that was great! We did think it was expensive especially since this was a visit to see our son in a wellcare facility. And the severe weather we had to endure. It was not a vacation. Overall we were thankful .fo

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were there in the off-season, so the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was just an easy walk away and was usually totally empty. The bed was also comfortable. The gas grill worked well, and the kitchen had the necessary utensils to do some cooking. Chuck (who lives on the top floor) was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Kim was very responsive and friendly. The pictures are taken well to show what the space looks like. Very clear and well written instructions for the space as well. Priced appropriately.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Domenic's apartment is comfortable, pristine and clean. Completely redone apartment that looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

This beach house is truly a home away from home, offering everything you could ask for in a perfect getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, making it easy to pop over for morning sunrises or afternoon strolls. The house itself is charming, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you’d expect from a well-loved vacation spot. The host is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Michelle is available for any questions or recommendations, they make you feel like you’re staying with family. It’s clear that they truly care about your experience, which makes all the difference.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

Susan is a fantastic host with great communication. The space is well-appointed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoy historical buildings so this was a treat for us. Plenty of unique artwork decorates the space furnished with mid-century items. The bed was very comfortable as well. A private patio was an added bonus to the space. The chocolate factory is situated in a cool town, great for walking with shops and a neighborhood diner on the nearby corner. We enjoy traveling with our dog and this is our second Airbnb dog-friendly rental. We hope to keep finding unique gems like this in the future. If you're in the area don't pass this one up!

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!

Overall great location, parking and walkable distance to most places on campus or downtown, clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that you could hear neighbors walking above you very well, but this is just a design flaw of this building and it was not a problem for me.
