My hosts were very helpful & we enjoyed our time in Ephrata. House was clean and well stocked. Parking is tight for a minivan, but it would be perfect for a compact car. Loved Refreshing Mountain, which was close and Pancake Farm for breakfast- both recommended by the hosts. Totally a thumbs up ! We will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for one night. A little anniversary getaway. This place was very relaxing, beautiful place to stay for couples. By us being Marylanders, it wasn’t a far trip so we’ll definitely be coming again! The host were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We took advantage throughout the day exploring Lancaster as well. It is everything the pictures describe and more. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed here while on a travel contract for Reading hospital. Great location! Jennifer was responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We extended our stay and already booked our next stay at another one of her rentals.

Sheila's place was great! We were staying for a local event and this place was perfect. There was fresh made sourdough which was fantastic! Place was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Thanks!

We loved the cozy feel. we didn't get a chance to explore the grounds, but looking forward to next time! I'm not sure if it counts as a perk, I've travel enough to appreciate good water out of the tap. We grew up on well water, and absolutely LOVED the fact that you have a private well! thank you so much!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with just the right things and everything was easy to find. We could have easily cooked all of our meals here. The home was tastefully decorated, and I didn't feel as though we were missing anything. A great place to relax. The entire house was spotless! Only thing to be made aware of - it is right on a busy road so if you aren't used to the sound of traffic it might be a bit loud at first, but it quickly turns to background noise and is easy to tune out. The back yard and house still felt very private.

We traveled to the Lancaster area to attend a quilt show, take some sewing classes, shop, and sightsee. Vanessa's place is located in a very quiet neighborhood convenient to many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. We were 20 - 30 minutes in any direction to what we wanted to see. The house is set back off the road surrounded by trees and nature. We loved sitting on the front and back porch enjoying the birds, visiting cat and pet turkey, Lenny! Very clean and comfortable accommodations, just the right size, with of plenty of room. Loved the closet space to store away the suitcases and things we were not using. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the little extras (spices, oils, etc.). Toaster, toaster oven, and Keurig machine (with a nice collection of kcups) really came in handy, felt just like home. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket with some local treats and fresh eggs from Vanessa's chickens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Vanessa's place.

We had a wonderful weekend. The home was clean and comfortable, and exactly as listed. We will definitely return if in the area again.

Naomi’s place is cozy and peaceful -a perfect couple’s retreat with all the necessary amenities. Very convenient to area attractions and restaurants. We definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kutztown University, which made our visit a breeze. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we could ask for. What truly made our stay memorable were the exceptional hosts, Diane and Hiester. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this delightful spot to anyone visiting the area.

We are so grateful to have found Linette’s listing! This space was in beautiful Pennsylvania farm country but was still about an 8 minute drive to lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. First and foremost, the space was perfect and everything we needed to travel with our toddler. There was a private closet space that housed a pack n play as well as book and toys. As for the adults, both rooms were in pristine condition and all spaces were cozy and comfy. I can’t wait to come back and visit not only this location but Linette as well. She was so friendly and welcoming. We also loved the tour she gave us of the farm!!

Sylvia’s place was exactly as described. It is located in a beautiful location with access to hiking trails. The unit was very clean and was exactly as described. Sylvia was courteous and prompt to reply. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

We are two colleagues tracing and stayed here for three nights. The apartment/loft is huge and has enough space to don't see each other for some while. Internet was fast and it had enough space to work or relax. Kitchen was fully functional. There is a restaurant across the street and everything is around. The parking is well hidden. Torri was responding fast and super nice. Would definitely come back and recommend it!

I highly recommend Franklyn’s place for overnight stays in Reading. First, Franklyn called ahead to know when I’d be arriving and then greeted me himself upon arrival. He was very friendly and we enjoyed a nice chat. The place included all that was advertised. There was plenty of space and the rooms/beds were comfortable. Moreover, the price is competitive with the hotels in the area. The location is basically downtown and generally safe. A lot of what Reading has to offer is in walking distance. I also highly recommend Franklyn’s restaurant, Franklyn’s Breakfast Burgers & Shakes for any meal of the day but breakfast especially. Overall, if I found myself traveling to Reading again, I would stay at this location again.

We stayed here for about a week while visiting nearby family over Christmas. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Our Golden retriever had a blast exploring the nearby woods with us. The location near Blue Marsh was a plus. The place had all the amenities listed, and Sam was an excellent host. I appreciated the fast wifi as well.

We LOVED staying here! We wish it hadn't been for work so we could enjoy more of this beautiful setting. This is a dream vacation home! The river is gorgeous & the setting is so private & peaceful. What a great country location! Whether you’re looking for a weekend get away or a place to work remotely, this spot is for you. Good WiFi so I could work remotely 👍 Super comfy beds! The best part is, Amy has hard or soft beds. So whatever you like, it’s there. There’s a beautiful stream on the property with a spot for a camp fire right next to it! It’s also a great spot to see the stars. This is a country setting, but you’re also close enough to 78 to go to many local attractions. The house was set up well for cooking! I found the house to have everything I needed and it was very comfy and charming.

Great cabin, close to everything. We like how close to the hiking trails. We will be back again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Allison‘s place! It was very private and we found it to be exactly as described. All the amenities were perfect and we so enjoyed the fresh bread that she provided for us! Allison’s communication was super! We also enjoyed the hot tub and a nice campfire, so relaxing! We definitely would like to come back sometime!

Thank you for a beautiful stay! It was really fun with a lot to do in the area! The kids loved the horses and the firepit. It was a great location, peaceful with a beautiful view. It was close to town with great restaurants and nearby trails.
