Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

We so enjoyed our stay at Parris’s mansion. Yes the house is very old. I was very impressed how clean everything was considering the size of the house ! Parris has done a wonderful job with making it a comfortable space! The beds were all comfortable and the couches you could sink into! The pool was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room as the weather wasn’t the best! Parris was a great host leaving us some snacks and drinks which after our trip out was so nice to come in and have. We found West Reading to be the best spots for shopping and food. Our family had a great time!

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

Honestly we did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable during our stay. Even in the colder season, we were still able to enjoy some of the outdoor amenities, including the fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole game set. The front porch was peaceful to watch my dogs relax in the shade with a nice breeze. The neighborhood itself was quiet and serene, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. This vacation home truly has our hearts, and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit this area again. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well-equipped stay, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Landon’s place was great! It easily slept 8 and had plenty of room for entertaining local family. It was very clean and the fireplaces made it extra cozy during our snowy stay. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub and the crib and glider was perfect for my granddaughter.

Charlie’s home perfectly suited our overnight needs! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and game room, as well as the comfort in knowing we were in a safe and clean environment. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

What an amazing stay! My husband and I hosted our intimate family and friends wedding on the grounds and could not have imagined a more perfect day for ourselves. The hosts were beyond accommodating by allowing us to check out the area and house before our stay to begin planning our decorations, sleeping arrangements, etc. The grounds were full of beautiful nature, wildlife, and farm animals, and our guests kept saying the would love to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family/friends vacation, peaceful retreat, or small event! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second stay at this place and it was a great! We were able to do "Christmas" with local family there. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The grocery store was right across the street for forgotten ingredients. It was a warm and welcoming stay.

We LOVED our weekend!! Anne was the best host from the day we started searching a place. I had a large group I was bringing to PA, and she was so willing to talk through our needs and make sure her home fit those needs before we booked! She answered all questions I had, helped us with local needs like grocery options and the distance to our quiz location, and she went above and beyond making us feel welcome!! The house was perfect. The individual rooms and bathrooms fit our needs-but, the main level kitchen and living room brought us all together, and blessed me! We already talked about booking it again when we return every 3 years!! Anne, thank YOU! Thank you for your kindness, for welcoming us, for the ways you blessed us (eggs are a gift), and for allowing us to stay in your home! We pray others feel as blessed by your hosting and we did!!

My siblings and I enjoyed having a comfortable, roomy home to gather in while visiting our elderly father (who lives nearby). The open layout was conducive to engaging discussion while prepping meals and the theater room provided relaxing entertainment at the end of the day. Our host was very responsive and gracious allowing us a little extra time at checkout. We've already reserved the home for our next weekend visit with Dad!

We loved the cozy feel. we didn't get a chance to explore the grounds, but looking forward to next time! I'm not sure if it counts as a perk, I've travel enough to appreciate good water out of the tap. We grew up on well water, and absolutely LOVED the fact that you have a private well! thank you so much!

We absolutely love this place. This was our second time here and we felt right at home. It's beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We feel pampered when we stay here with the luxurious shower, soaking tub, and beautiful glassware and dishes that elevate your snacks/meals. It's definitely worth every penny to enjoy this place.

We traveled to the Lancaster area to attend a quilt show, take some sewing classes, shop, and sightsee. Vanessa's place is located in a very quiet neighborhood convenient to many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. We were 20 - 30 minutes in any direction to what we wanted to see. The house is set back off the road surrounded by trees and nature. We loved sitting on the front and back porch enjoying the birds, visiting cat and pet turkey, Lenny! Very clean and comfortable accommodations, just the right size, with of plenty of room. Loved the closet space to store away the suitcases and things we were not using. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the little extras (spices, oils, etc.). Toaster, toaster oven, and Keurig machine (with a nice collection of kcups) really came in handy, felt just like home. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket with some local treats and fresh eggs from Vanessa's chickens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Vanessa's place.

This was our third stay at one of Mike's properties and it lived up to our (high) expectations as always! The house is beautiful and so interesting. There are unique surprises around every corner, including chocolate coins and hidden buffalo nickels for the kids (and grownups) to look for. This Airbnb is comfy, cozy, and fun -- you don't need to do much outside of the property but, if you do, there's plenty nearby to keep you entertained!

Three generations of my family enjoyed this beautiful home! Lorraine and Ron made us feel right at home and the place was stocked with everything you could think of. The peaceful surroundings were wonderful and we had lots of family fun around the dining room table for food and card games. The rooms were tidy and spotless. We loved our time here! We look forward to staying here again soon when we visit our family nearby.

Beautiful setting, comfortable and cozy. We felt very much at home. Perfect central location for our plans between Lancaster and surrounding towns. Harold is a gem!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Darlene's house! We were a group of 6 friends on an semi-annual extended weekend getaway, coming from South Jersey, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The house not only very comfortable fit all of us, each with our own pristine, large bedrooms, but allowed us a great amount of privacy in a wonderfully relaxing environment! We also all really loved being greeted by the goat and sheep every time we left the house :)

Our stay at this cozy home was truly memorable. We spent four nights there, and it had everything we needed to make delicious meals and feel right at home. The fact that it had condiments, pots, and pans was a huge plus! There were also plenty of bathroom towels, and she even provided toiletries in case we forgot anything. It was too chilly to go outside, but the grounds were absolutely stunning. We even spotted some deer, which was super cool! We’re planning to come back later in the year so we can enjoy the outdoors and use the BBQ. Tammy is an amazing host - she’s super responsible and friendly. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This is a cozy little farmhouse that has been modernized without losing its 1800's charm. We enjoyed the kitchen conveniences, massaging showerheads, and large TV, and also marveled at the much older tools and curios and decor throughout the house. We recommend carry-out from the Market at Boyer's Junction for flatbreads and breakfast foods.
