Howard's place was beautiful, comfortable, and well-loved. There were so many comfort items and kitchen items and amazing space for my extended family to enjoy together. The instructions were early and plentiful, and we hope to return again!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. If you love the Berkshires and all the activities available, this house and property are perfect. It is very well maintained and the great room is perfect for our large family. Nothing like the hot tub and sitting around a fire after a busy day of hiking and Tanglewood. Wendy is an excellent host, never a problem.

This is a great house for a big group. Lots of bedrooms and the back hang out area was great. Close to some skiing and town for whatever you may need. The hot tub grill and fire pit are tough to use in the winter but that’s understood. You are in a neighborhood w houses right next door. The main kitchen is great with everything you could need to cook for a big group. The back kitchen area is perfect for overflow as well. Margaret was great and helped out easily with returning some items left behind. Thanks again and we’ll consider it for a return trip for sure!

Our family (and dog) stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and we had an amazing time. There is a gorgeous 0.8 mile walk in the woods right from the back of the house. We loved the hot tub! And we made fires in the fireplace every day. The kitchen was well appointed and we were easily able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We were close to Great Barrington, Lenox, and Stockbridge. Great food. Great shopping. Guidos in Pittsfield was great for food shopping. The house and setting were perfect. We will definitely be back!

The place is spacious and clean. Small issues were fixed quickly. I recommend connecting to the host via text message, rather than the Airbnb app, because some Airbnb messages were not received. The house is located close to Jiminy Peak and sits on a secluded lot, quite a distance from the road, so you don't hear passing cars. I highly recommend using a car capable of 4-wheel drive if you arrive in the winter. Even after the host had the driveway plowed, it tends to be icy and very slippery in the winter, as it is very long and steep. The beds and living room were very comfortable. The wood fire stove is in the vestibule, when you take off your shoes. It is not like a fire place in the living room. We have a nice stay.

Second time staying here, and we continue to love it! The location is great: pretty much anything in western Mass can be reached within about an hour or less from the house. At the house itself, you have a clean, comfortable, and ample space. The hot tub overlooking the river is definitely a highlight. The sounds of the river and the occasional rumble of trains passing by create a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This was such a great place for our group of 14. It was big, clean, and the amenities were amazing. Lance was really helpful and quick to respond with our questions. We would happily stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maple Hill Farm. Walking around the farm to visit with the llamas, donkeys, chickens, and ducks was a highlight of the weekend. The area is so peaceful and picturesque. The studio is very clean, well appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable with warm flannel sheets. Philip and Larry both communicated clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. During the weekend, we enjoyed a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum and dinners at the Norte Azul Cantina and the Proprietor's Lodge. We highly recommend this studio.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! It felt like home when we arrived and we appreciated the opportunity to check in early. There are multiple sitting areas both inside and out. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs with two separate stairways and provided privacy for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have spices available for our use. We enjoyed the long trail just across the street, and easy access to local markets and restaurants. We'd love to return!

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

Our party of four adults and two small kids really enjoyed our weekend in this unique and tastefully renovated former barn. The linens, bedding, and towels were all top quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the place was comfortable and spotless. The location is super private and quiet, surrounded by nature and farmland, including an on-site stream and sheep (that's not a typo). A great spot to stay for a visit to the northern Berkshires - Mt. Greylock and Mass MoCA are very nearby. Our visit was on a frigid winter weekend with a ton of snow and outside temps in the 20s, yet our indoor temps were toasty and very comfortable, especially with the wood stove.

Jennie is a great host and her place was just what we needed. Would book again for sure.

This is my favorite rental. It is so cozy and open at the same time. There is plenty of space for everyone with two twin beds, a king bed in the loft, a fold out sofa and a queen bedroom downstairs for my daughter. The woods are beautiful and the house is in a quiet location. At the same time, it is not too far from the Allendale shopping area in Pittsfield, small stores in Hinsdale, as well as Williamsburg and Northampton. The house is very warm even in the winter, comes with everything you need to cook, and has laundry. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. The TV and WIFI streaming work great. There is an extra long table which we use for games and a deck overlooking the backyard. Overall, it is a great place to stay for families.

This was our second time staying here with Nikolay as the host, and we had an amazing time! The pools and activities are so much fun, my kids (age 15 and 11) had a blast even though it rained a few days. They kept busy in the arcade, indoor pools, and movie theater. The staff is super friendly, grounds are clean, the room is roomy with an awesome jacuzzi tub and deck, the outdoor pool is huge with plenty of seating, and the free laundry is much appreciated! The only thing I would recommend is to bring an extra blanket if you like to sleep with lots of blankets, the ones from the resort are kind of thin. BEST PART is the mini golf! This time we brought our own balls and putters (and our own basketball for the court), but you can get them from the staff too. The grocery store is right up the road and there are several great restaurants in town - Highly recommend The Locker Room for great burgers. We definitely will be back, its a great place and wonderful hosts! Definitely a hidden gem of Massachusetts!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place. It was very conveniently located to the base of Jiminy Peak, which made getting to and from the mountain very easy. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We used the fireplace twice and it was super easy. Having access to the facilities at The Country Inn at Jiminy Peak was great as I am injured and can’t ski currently, so instead I went to the gym each day. My family didn’t want to leave and my kids are asking when we can go back!

I stayed here for a holiday weekend with my 11 y/o son, my brother and his wife and their 6 and 7 y/os, my mother, and our dogs. The house was perfect. The kids repeated a circuit between the pool, trampoline, ping pong table, air hockey table, pop a shot, soccer in the field, and Nintendo. My nephew and mom performed a puppet show in the playroom, the pups frolicked in the field, and the adults enjoyed plenty of lounging in the sun and puzzling on the large dining room table. The location is a 5-minute drive to the grocery store or town. The beds were comfortable with fresh and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of room for our group. It's an ideal getaway spot.

Our stay was great! The home is wonderful - particularly the kitchen! The beds were comfy and the location was great. Figuring out the different thermostats and settings was a little tricky, but we managed. The only minor complaint we had was regarding the tennis equipment. If you are booking the house specifically because of the court (a big factor for us!) then you may want to bring your own racquets & new cans of balls.

Twelve members of our family stayed here for our annual ski weekend at Jiminy Peak. It was exactly what we needed as our home base -- plenty of room for all of us, good amenities, and the living room gave us a large gathering space where we could all sit after a day of skiing and swap stories, play games, and just enjoy being together. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the owners were really responsive. We highly recommend it!

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

If you come to the Berkshires, this is a clean, comfortable, spacious place for two couples, with nice resort amenities. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but adequate for preparing simple meals.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained cabin. Professional kitchen, with all the things and every sort of glass you’d need for entertaining. Fireplace was so perfect on a cold night, game room downstairs was perfect for us - half of the group cozied up and watched a movie and the others played a friendly round or three of pool. Games galore so you’re never bored; it’s clear that anyone who stays here has a blast. Jacuzzi for a cold winter night was awesome and though the neighbors aren’t far you feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere. And, you’re just about 15 mins from Great Barrington with all the shops and quaint Main Street. Perfect weekend getaway for our group.
