Just returned from a long weekend, staying at The Barn at Rotherwood. We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and had a great time. The Barn was perfect for us - really comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Debbie was very responsive and left us a really generous welcome hamper for our arrival - thank you Debbie! It was perfectly situated, on the edge of Itchenor, and was easy to get to Chichester, Bosham and the Witterings from there. We would recommend staying here!

What a wonderful stay! The barn was just what we were looking for. A fabulous little space to unwind and recharge, within a few miles walking distance of Fordingbridge. Our host, Chris, was so welcoming and friendly, ensuring we had everything for our stay and sharing local knowledge of the area and a few good places to eat. We felt we could explore the space on our own, but should we need something, Chris would be available to support. The private use of the spa was amazing, a very clean and well-maintained space with sauna and hot tub. The bluetooth speakers was a great addition too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a chance to escape, unwind and relax.

Stylishly decorated Homemade jams and granola, honey, yoghurt, and bought-in croissants, tea and coffee left for us Very good log burner Natasha recommended a great pub nearby Slight quibbles- (hyper critical): Shower room a little functional Fair amount of owner's stuff about - e.g material swatches, 'Dad rock' albums and hifi . Overall, I recommend highly.

The place was perfect for our family reunion! The kids loved the brook and outdoor space and the walk through the farm to the pub was great. Would stay here again.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Really cosy and clean accommodation set in beautiful surroundings and just a few mins drive from West Wittering beach. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids and the place was perfect with an excellently equipped kitchen, games for the kids and comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Alix, the owner popped in briefly to welcome us on arrival and we enjoyed exploring the local area - the beaches at West and East Wittering, the ferry from Itchenor to Bosham village and Chichester which is half an hour away. Hope to be back one day. Many thanks!

Beautiful converted barn with stunning scenery, especially on the very sunny weekend we visited. Great location for travelling into Bourton-on-the-Water. The barn had everything we needed and Sarah was really proactive in communicating with us about directions and accessing the barn.

Loved everything about our stay here, it exceeded our expectations and as others have said it’s much bigger than we were anticipating. Very clean, great communication. Would highly recommend

Nicky and Mark’s place is beyond perfection! Waking up to a picturesque farm with lots of sheep was unexpectedly calming! My husband and I could gaze at the view all day long. Everything exceeds our expectations. We could really feel how much care and effort they put into designing this Airbnb, aesthetically and practically. All the home decorations go so well with the wooden fixtures and neutral colors. The amount of windows and lights make the house very well-lit. The kitchen is stocked with seasonings and tools for guests to cook with no fuss. Complimentary milk and flowers were offered too. A great selection of books and games were supplied. I particularly love how they support their community by promoting local businesses and attractions in their house guide and curating tons of reading materials about the surroundings and Wiltshire. This is hands down the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. This barn house honestly is the best place to rewind and recharge. Will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation/weekend getaway at Mel’s place with our dog. Everything was as described in the listing and we felt at home straight away. Mel was super helpful when providing information on local walks, pubs, restaurants, shops etc. I would highly recommend Mel’s place to family and friends for a cozy and peaceful getaway, likewise would stay again if in the area. We came here for a weekend getaway for my girlfriends birthday. It was perfect! Close to things that you can get to places within 10 minutes, but still feel like you’re in the middle of the countryside. I had asked them to changed the complementary wine to Prosecco, was in the fridge with glasses waiting for us! A very clean and comfortable place, worth the money 100%! The tea lights, matches and bath salts were added nice added touches! The location is peaceful and quiet, you can’t really hear the other guest much! Toby and Mandy have thought of everything and answered any questions we had through the stay. Will definitely recommend to others!

We had a lovely few days at Tim and Anna's. The location is absolutely perfect: it is close enough to civilisation to be able to pop to the shops but only a few minutes walk and we were walking in The New Forest with terrific views in abundance. The barns have been lovingly restored in a modern manner - with everything we needed for our stay. We found it incredibly easy to check-in and check-out and Anna and Tim were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. All in all, a fantastic few days in lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of the world.

Matthew and his family made us feel very welcome - we had a wonderful Christmas. Just what we wanted. This place ticks a lot of boxes!!! We will remember the far; the drive; the accommodation for a very long time.

Lovely Barn, immaculate inside, very comfortable with a great wee garden and larger shared area. Very peaceful and lovely rural setting. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

What a wonderful relaxing stay. Kate was really helpful with check in and recommendations responding quickly to any questions. High quality furnishings made our break feel like home from home and we would definitely recommend The Den.

My huso and I truly enjoyed our stay in the Old Barn House. The place is beautiful, and cosy. The hosts are friendly and even welcomed us with a very nice Apple Crumble cake, orange juice and milk which is always nice to find. The bed is comfy, looking at the cows and birds chirping from the upstairs window was one of my favourite things. We also loved the chimney and the fact we had a couple of hiking trails a couple of steps away from the barn.

Interactions with Helen before and during were excellent, great instructions and let us know we could check in earlier than first stated .

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Green Park Barn. It’s like a brand-new home nestled on a quaint little farm in the countryside of England. On check-in, we had no issues finding the location and getting into the home, and we found everything beautifully clean and even a homemade cake from our hosts! A welcomed surprise after a very long day of travel. The beds were comfy, and the place was spacious for our family of 4. The location was very quiet and fairly close to two towns. My only wish was that we could walk to more shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Flint Barn is a well-appointed home with fantastic living space and in a gorgeous setting. As others have said, it is even nicer than the photos suggest. We had a wonderful time, with some lovely walks, a great evening at the (walkable) Jolly Sportsman and we felt very comfortable in the house.

we had a wonderful New Year stay at this gorgeous barn. We received a very warm welcome from Jack, Hayley and Meadow and soon settled in. The accommodation was great and the surrounding area is beautiful. The barn was warm and cosy and the views from the windows were stunning. Our dogs enjoyed the walks in the surrounding fields and copse, especially the stream. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely like to return.
