Our stay, on a boat moored in a canal at Regent's Park, was the perfect setting for a weeklong sightseeing stay in London. It was comfortable, clean, updated, and gave us all the room we needed. In addition, it was surprisingly quiet, given that we were in the middle of a world capital, and was marked only occasionally by the singing gondolier who plied the canal past the boat. Andres & Candi were very attentive hosts, communicating well about location and time to meet for check-in, and responding promptly to our questions and needs during the stay. I recommend them very highly!

Absolutely amazing time, will 100% be coming back, beautiful boat and stunning location. Steve was welcoming and great at showing us all around and how to use everything and places to go to for dinner etc. Thank you for amazing time 😄

Unique stay right in the heart of Portsmouth. It’s a boat, I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages being gently bobbed about. It had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Timothy was very though with his communications which made it easy to check in even when we arrived late in the evening. The marina is secured and manned, and helpfully they have trolleys, so I’d suggest going and checking out the marina first, grabbing a trolley and taking it back to the gunwharf quays carpark, much easier than lugging cases/holdalls about. Speaking of the carpark you can park right next to quays, and if you take your ticket to the parking attendant you can get a discounted rate of £4.70 for 24 hours. Perfect for a unique experience stay. Not gonna lie, kinda want a boat now.

It was a lovely couple of nights on the boat. Slept really well and our son was super excited to be there.

Great overnight stay on Mischief, which was a treat for my husband’s birthday whilst attending the boat show. Kathy was available upon check in to show us around the boat. A quirky little stay, ideal for anyone who was looking for something alternative to the usual Airbnb & hotels. We had a great stay, thank you Kathy

Never stayed on a yacht before and this was fantastic. Even bigger than it looked in the pictures and very comfortable. Steve was very helpful. We were able to park in the included parking earlier than check in which made it easy to explore the marina before checking in at 3pm. Steve explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. The fly deck was closed off due to some reservations but that didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Nancy, I had the best birthday on your beautiful boat. It was cosy and homely. What a wonderful location too; with Broadway Market on the doorstep with amazing food from all over the world. Couldn't of asked for me. After a little hiccup finding the boat, you were so responsive and helpful. Thank you for making my birthday so special. Hope to stay again soon x

Simon and Sharon did an amazing job at hosting us. This was a special trip for myself and my son and to celebrate his 7th birthday. They did so well with my Requests and decorated the boat for me along with set up of birthday cake! My little boy had no idea so it made his birthday very memorable. We were greeted on arrival and all made super easy. The bed is super comfy, lounge cosy and plenty of seating in the sun. It is a great location to be by the water and relax. Be wary of the yacht club, we went for dinner and drink, and entry was supposed to be included but they charged us £2 per person which found a bit off. I can’t say it was a nice atmosphere in there either. Wish I had just eaten on the boat tbh. We will be back for sure! Thank you Simon and Sharon x

Absolutely stunning location for our 2 night stay - even with the downpours of rain. lovely & quiet. Had a very memorable cosy stay with my three grown daughters. A top tip to future guests read the in-depth instructions / watch video that Thomas John kindly provides - we didn’t and couldn’t fathom the shower heating : so our fault plus the bathroom is large enough to wash manually it added to the experience . Would strongly recommend to everyone provided you’re agile enough to get into the barge - hilarious after a couple of wines ! Great hosts , thank you so much

The boat was lovely. It was perfect walking distance to a friend's house where we had a weekend of birthday celebrations and also perfect for the parkrun at Bushy Park Saturday morning. The boat looked just like the photos and loved the quirkiness of it. I was staying on the boat with my sister and brother-in-law so access to the outside toilet and shower provided extra privacy. We had a few queries over the weekend and Monica was always very quick to respond. Staying on the boat added to the wonderful weekend - thank you :)

A peaceful stay in the heart of the east side of the city, close toTower Hill. The boat and the marina are in a beautiful area surrounded by wonderful restaurants yet very quiet and and walkable to the underground tube, which quickly transports you anywhere in the city. We felt very safe and protected with security office nearby. Our host, James, was so kind and lovely at check-in. He made sure we felt comfortable with the interior of the boat, and explained how water and heating operated. He gave us food recommendations, and insured all of our questions were answered during our tour of the boat during check-in. Really, just a lovely person. Staying on the boat was extremely comfortable and we never felt as though we needed more room. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed very dreamy and I drifted off to sleep very quickly every night with the lull of the water. There was never a feeling of any motion sickness. I can recommend it highly.

I truly enjoyed staying aboard Dana- it was a real pleasure and I was very sad to leave. Even at 6 ft 4 in (1.9M) tall, I fit in the shower no problem, which is quite an accomplishment in general, not to mention on a boat. The galley was better appointed than most Airbnb kitchens on land, and though the docks are very quiet, there are plenty of good restaurants, pubs, and attractions in the neighborhood. Tower Hill is a very convenient tube stop. I found it to be a very charming vessel that really felt like home - I came alone on business, but really hope that I will be able to bring my family back. You definitely feel that many good memories have been made here and that it is well-loved and well cared for.

We had a lovey stay on Secret Love this weekend. What a gorgeous set up! The boat was easy to find following the very informative instructions we received by email the day before. It was very clean and tidy as were the facilities. We stayed in the front cabin, and we were very warm and cosy. It was calm and peaceful there. Once settled we got an Uber within a few minutes of requesting one into Windsor and had a walk around the Castle and a couple of drinks at the Ivy. We picked up some fish and chips on the way back and sat up on the top of the boat and watched the sun go down with a glass of wine. It was the perfect end to the day. We are so happy to have come across this hidden gem and to stay somewhere a bit different to your usual hotel stay. We are already discussing dates to return and will be back on board soon!
