Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

AMAZING!!! The place was clean, spacious and comfortable- I loved it! Location is also superb! The instructions were super clear and exhaustive, never even had to ask a follow up question. Good decor and they gave us sparkling wine as well. Only thing to note is bathroom is not attached in the second room and is on a different floor and the provided towels are really hard on the skin.

We nice apartment with a private back terrace. Very nice and modern furnished. It was very close to u bahn station which makes it easier to reach anyplace in Berlin. We will definitely choose this place for our next trip to Berlin.

L’appartamento è stupendo. Pieno di confort e di tutto ciò che serve per passare sia un breve che un lungo periodo a Berlino. Posizione strategica, pieno di ristoranti, locali, cineclub, a due passi dalla stazione di Ostkreuz, dal mercatino di Boxhagenerplatz. Ideale per coppie e per famiglie. Ottima scelta di varie luci per l’illuminazione. Particolarmente apprezzabile la vasta scelta di giochi per bambini, di libri, il gusto dell‘arredamento tradizionale e gli spazi ampi. Ottimi il parcheggio nel cortile e lo Spielplatz interno. Di più non potevamo chiedere. Era la seconda volta che alloggiavamo in questo appartamento e torniamo sempre volentieri.

Wir haben uns bei Moritz super wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub ausgiebig genießen. Alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden und wenn etwas fehlen sollte, findet man alles in der nächstgelegenen Umgebung.

Everything was so lovely and peaceful. I stayed here for a month and if I could I really wanna stay more! After arrived here, I could feel the warm ambiance and there's a lot of sweet neighbors. Ulf also introduced to me in detail the various experiences that can be enjoyed around the neighborhood. The village is safe so you can go anywhere even if it's after midnight. (I can highly recommend here if you have children cause this place is really good for your child :) ) And if you walk like 6-7 min, you can find the market. Also you can take the S bahn, U bahn, tram and bus. If you prefer walking to taking the transportation, you can get to the Mauer park in 18 min by walking from here. The biggest reason I loved this house was because it was very warm and clean. And you can use the water purifier and plenty of cutlery. I can recommend this house for the long term guests. (and also the short term guest too!) If I could have any chance, I'll stay here again. Thanks to Ulf!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Berlin ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und es ist fußläufig ein einkaufladen zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr angenehm und höflich, ich komme gerne wieder, wenn es mich wieder richtung Berlin verschlägt.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und es hat uns allen super gefallen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Badezimmer, das war sehr komfortabel. Und durch den vorhandenen Garten, konnten wir bei dem tollen Wetter sogar draußen sein. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Recensie voor ons verblijf via Airbnb Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb was simpelweg fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal bei Johannes und Katinka und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles super. Robert bzw. sein genannter Ansprechpartner waren sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ganz tolle Unterkunft, in der man eine super Zeit haben kann! gerne wieder!

Ruime woning in een rustige omgeving. Ongeveer 35 min van het centrum Berlijn en goed te reizen met de auto.

We stayed in Rex’s house for a couple of days to visit Berlin. Very easy to go to the centre by tram or car. The house is spacious. We did not always understand the lights. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

I was visiting an institute in Freidrichschagen so very convenient. It's a very comfortable location, easy to get into central Berlin by train. Apartment was very clean, sunny, well furnished - a good apartment to come home to each day. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We would certainly stay again!

I had a wonderful stay in Boris apartment, which felt larger than what I had imagined from the pictures. I was there for a two week period, and the apartment really has everything you need for a longer stay, regaring space to put your things, kitchen appliances, washing machine + detergent. Boris was very easy to communciate with and helpful in all ways.

Wie eine Hotel Atmosphäre aber privat wie zu Hause. Schön eingerichtet, man findet dort alles was man braucht, mit gute Qualität. Räumig und elegant ohne das Comfort zu vergessen.

We had a lovely stay at Nadja's place! The apartment was perfect - very comfortable and spotlessly clean - it had everything we needed. We felt relaxed there and slept very well. In a convenient location close to U Bahn. Highly recommend it and we would definitely stay again!

L'apt de Marylin est vraiment génial, tres clair, spacieux, bien équipé, chaleureux. On s'y est immédiatement sentis bien. Pour cette période noel en famille, avec une meteo tres médiocre, nous étions heureux de profiter du salon cosy, du magnifique sapin de Noël et de la clarté de la terrasse et des grandes baies vitrées. Les 5 étages à pied ne sont pas un probleme, il faut juste être prevoyant et ne pas oublier la liste de course! La station de métro était deserte à cette periode et occupée essentiellement de gens un peu paumés, inoffensifs mais drogue et alcool visibles partout. Pas dincidents mais clairement cette partie du quartier peut ne pas plaire à tout le monde. Le prix nous a donc paru un petit peu élevé pour 6 nuits, compte tenu du quartier populaire et excentré. Pour autant, je recommande chaudement ce logement. Les propriétaires ont été d'une extrême gentillesse, tjs prévoyants et arrangeants. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à sejourner chez eux. Merci!

Diese Fewo ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Als Ex-Berliner auf Familienbesuch haben wir schon verschiedene Unterkünfte ausprobiert, im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen werden wir diese Wohnung bestimmt wieder buchen. Sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und einen eigenen Parkplatz, was will man mehr! Herzlichen Dank an Annett und Andreas für den freundlichen, schnellen und unkomplizierten Kontakt, wir bleiben gern in Verbindung!

Alles rundum super in dieser Unterkunft. Ich fand die Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen vor. Die Lage ist aufgrund der Nähe zum S+U Gesundbrunnen einfach super. Check-in & Kommunikation wirklich perfekt. Das Haus ist hellhörig - Nachbarn und fahrender Aufzug sind zu hören. So fühlte ich mich weniger als Touristin :)
