Ronits place was gorgeous! Ronits was very responsive and both times, check in and check out time, he worked with us. I definitely recommend his place. Everything is close by and the house is so well equipped that you would not need to leave to look somewhere for entertainment. thank you!

This house was beautiful! So clean and very well stocked! The hot tub was nice! We did pay the extra fee for the pool but unfortunately didn’t get to use it, it didn’t warm up to much but could of been because of the weather! We highly recommend staying here! The hosts are very nice and very responsive made us feel right at home! Loved loved loved staying here! Good anniversary weekend 💕

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fadi's place. The home is beautiful, modern, very spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for cooking, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The pool was clean, and of course, a big hit with the kids (so much so, that we did a lot less sight seeing than we planned, because they didn't want to leave!). Our kids were THRILLED with the kitchen set in the guest room (which they were happy to see was stocked with cooking toys). The backyard is fully walled-in and safe for dogs, and my husband was very happy with the performance of the BBQ grill. There was so much closet and storage space, which we appreciated because we always overpack! We had no issues during our stay, and only one question, which Fadi responded to very promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

This house allowed us to have a large family gathering be able to enjoy each other. Plenty of living space. The kitchen allowed me to cook meals for everybody. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Terrific stay at Christie and Ron’s place! The house is beautiful and the hosts were amazing - very communicative and responsive and flexible and accommodating (they kindly allowed us to do an early check-in). They asked us if we had preferences and provided craft beer and chocolate which was a terrific gesture. Additionally, Ron was there when we arrived to ensure we were all setup and help us with any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was even better than we expected – beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. First time staying at an Airbnb and it was wonderful! We were passing through on a family vacation and we're able to not only feel comfortable with our big group but also have some local family over for dinner. It was very clean and well stocked for everything you could need. Ryan was very responsive and helpful, would 100% recommend!

the house was wonderful! it was laid out perfectly and had just about everything we needed. the best part was Jesus was extremely responsive and actually brought me some special things just because I asked. they were great hosts if we ever need a house in Albuquerque again we will definitely be staying here

This was mine and my family’s first time booking an Airbnb, and this experience ensured that we will definitely be doing it again. The rental was just as described. It was very beautiful, peaceful, clean and home-like. To top it off Manuel was a great host, he responded very quickly with any questions we had and was always friendly.

We enjoyed our week at Katherine's place. The location is very close to Nob Hill and all of its shops and restaurants. We were happy with how quiet the neighborhood is. We had no issues at all and Katherine was very fast with responses to any questions we had and was super freindly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time we are in Albuquerque.

Great house, close to lots, and in a safe neighborhood. It’s a perfect place for families, open floor plan with lots of room. The patio is adorable, with beautiful water features, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even left us a welcome basket full of local goodies, and the neighbor across the street brought us over a vase with flowers, both gifts very thoughtful and kind. You will not find anything wrong with this house, it’s perfect, specially for the price. We all enjoyed it!

Sam and Debra were amazing. They were always super fast at responding and were lifesavers when our return flight was cancelled. The house is very big, with lots of room to spread out. The street is nice and quiet and near a nice park for kids.

Makayla's home was our final air bnb before we drove into Tucson, AZ for our permanent relocation. It's beautiful, warm and inviting. It was so comfortable. The view of the mountains from her front door is spectacular.

Great stay, the house felt vary comfortable and as if you were at home. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are considering booking this place, DO IT. It was fantastic. Warm cozy feeling place with plenty of room. It is just as described. Also a bonus was the home has reverse osmosis drinking water. If you are particular about your drinking water, this is a great feature. It is centrally located in Albuquerque and close to anywhere you want to be. It’s in walking distance to restaurants museums and Old Town. James and Meagan were very proactive. The dryer bit the dust before we arrived and instead of allowing it to be a disaster for my family they reached out to advise that they were already on it, that was so very appreciated. Their communication was great. We would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again when we return.

Nine adults stayed here for a wedding. Very nice home. Kitchen had add’l spices which isn’t normal for many Airbnb’s. Master bedroom is huge with walk-in bathroom. Bathrooms had plenty of sinks/mirrors and space for getting ready for the wedding. Piano in front room was added bonus for my daughter to play. My only complaint (as others have noted) is the step down from foyer to front room can be a hazard to elderly. We ended up moving chairs to block this off.
