This spot was perfect for us - family of adults with children - to visit with family in New Iberia that live about a block from this Airbnb. There were enough private spaces for each of us to have our own rooms, the beds were comfy enough, and the space was just as described. That said, Center St is loud - cars with loud stereo systems, the train runs several times a day, and there are some interesting characters around. It was fine for us, because our family lives down the road, but just a PSA for anyone that might not need to stay in downtown New Iberia. Lane was a great host, very helpful and responsive. The AC seems a bit weak, and that’s speaking for December in Louisiana. I’d be hesitant about how well it can cool off the place during the summer. It seemed like the temp on the thermostat wasn’t accurate to what it felt like in the place. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Completely met our needs we did not want to be in the thick of things we wanted to go visit plantations and do some swamp tours. We did drive about 30 minutes to see some things on one day drive into New Orleans at about an hour but I would rather drive 30 miles at 30 minutes in no traffic then 5 miles at 30 minutes in traffic. This location suited our needs..

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

The RV was very pleasant, smell beautiful when we walked in and very clean. Homie and very enjoyable. The neighbors or very pleasant. Felt like a very safe place, and the surroundings was beautiful. If you enjoy the country environment, you would enjoy staying here. They surrounding towns have great food and lots of things to do. Me and my fiance will definitely be back to enjoy some more of the things that we did not have time to do. We had a great time, thank you guys for having such a wonderful place and sharing it with others. God bless you all!!!

Mr. Winston's place was great! It came as a recommendation from a friend of ours and it was a great recommendation. Nice quiet location with a scenic view of the bayou. You are about 4 minutes outside of the main part of Pierre Part. His cottage is spacious with everything that you need. We willl definitely be returning.

Very responsive host ….quick to answer any questions and make our stay comfortable

Sidney's place was very homey! Pretty spacious if you have a large group of people. The additional beds in the living room came in handy for the kids. The neighborhood was peacefully quiet and safe! My family and I had a stay-cation for Mardi Gras, so this was a great place for everyone to bunk together. The pool was beautiful. Louisiana weather is so unstable, so we could not swim unfortunately. Great Place!!

The stay was more than adequate for our needs. Plenty of room and a peaceful location. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone.
