The place was very clean, as advertised, and in a spot with great dive restaurants and a smoothie place on the same block. Very short drive to the heart of Portland, but the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was timely and the check-in/out process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and I cannot recommend this place enough. It was perfect for what we needed! Elena was extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean. It was a great stay and we will definitely be returning 💕

This spot was perfect! Were so glad we snagged it bc it was quiet and clean but also only 10 minutes from Portland. The area was beautiful and every window has a gorgeous view. Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

This was such a charming and comfortable place to stay. It was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and parks and not too far from a wedding we attended in Waterford. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and cozily decorated top floor apartment on a lovely street.The bedrooms are spacious, the den is large and the shower is luxurious. The dining room makes a great game room too as the table is great for puzzles or board games. The kitchen is very nice and outfitted with all amenities and the washer and dryer are conveniently located in it. There is a wonderful balcony overlooking the garden that is perfect for a sunny day or pleasant evenings. Jacqueline is a charming and gracious host.

Susan’s place was the perfect spot for our getaway trip! The location and views were amazing and only a short trip to Portland. The space was spacious and exactly as pictured. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Bartlett. Lorraine's condo was sparkling clean and absolutely adorable! We found everything we needed to cook with pans and pots in great condition (which is not often the case on Airbnb). The location is perfect, super close to gorgeous hiking trails. Plus, the clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi is fabulous after a long day hike. We'd love to come back! Easy five stars rating! Thanks Lorraine!!

Was a beautiful place to spend my birthday weekend with family and friends. The hot tub was a really nice additive and the bathroom had a speaker in the ceiling! Definitely great price and Cody was extremely communicative and had clear instructions!

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time! Deidre was very helpful, responsive, and the condo was as described. Great location and close to so much (parks, ski, shopping, etc) yet quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot only 8 minutes away from the Sunday River resort. Walkable to the local restaurants if you like, or a 2 minute drive to any of them otherwise (check out Sud’s Bar). Place was spotless, easy check in / check out, lots of parking, cute fireplace, and I’m a sucker for a hot tub, which was massive (bring flip flops, since it’s in the gravel part of the backyard). Overall, fantastic experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a weekend spot with easy access to Sunday River. Thanks, Mark!
