Comfortable and convenient. We were minutes from restaurants and skiing which was perfect. The rental really felt like a hime. Check in was easy and Julia and Peter were proactive with messages about check in and trash. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

Our stay at Abbey’s place was amazing! The house offers plenty of activities, and the kids had a fantastic time playing games and enjoying movie night on the big screen. When we arrived, there was a power outage in the area, but Abbey was incredibly responsive, checking in regularly and even offering us another property or a hotel with a refund if we preferred. Thankfully, the power was restored, and we got to fully enjoy this wonderful home. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing place with one of the best views of the mountains. The place was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. The place is very family friendly, they even have toys in one of the rooms for the guests! We would love to come back. Thank you for hosting us!

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

This is a perfect place to have a great time with your loved one, very comfortable , spacious and easy to access, the house is clean and and had everything we needed, I recommend for everyone, I loved our stay at the house.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a great weekend. The apartment is the bottom floor of a 2-unit house but it was quiet, VERY clean, and a large space. There's one review on here from 2024 that had several negative criticisms, that must be a one time thing or a bad tenant bc my friends and I had a perfect experience. The apartment is a 5 minute walk through a family friendly neighborhood to the main drag. Brunswick is basically a 1-mile road with everything within 10 minutes. We loved parking the car and only using it for a trip to get games from the goodwill. But we walked comfortably to dinner, diners, drinks, and the Hannaford.**The location is perfect and convenient, worth staying here exclusively just for the easy walk everywhere!!**** Bring books/ games, as there's none. Bedrooms are comfortable and got warm quickly. Plenty of clean and thick bedding. The 10am check-out time, and 4pm check-in was the only inconvenience. Would have liked to check in sooner. Had a wonderful stay!

Forrest and Bridget were wonderful hosts! The place was super easy to find, exactly like the pictures and it was a perfect wknd ski vacation in NH to stay at and have quick access to Attitash and Wildcat Mountains! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore NH!

This was an excellent place to stay that exceeded my expectations! Michelle and Nick went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Very clean and felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Freeport, ME!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Highly recommend a stay at Michelle and Jason’s place! It’s a great “home base” for whatever you’re looking to do, whether that be hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping, or exploring any of the charming towns nearby! Michelle and Jason were kind and communicative and their place is so adorable and comfortable! Great stay!

What a great spot close to any major point of interest in the White Mountains. Minutes from downtown N. Conway, shopping, ski areas and hiking. Alyssa is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend, but not on the weeks we want to rent! 😂

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.

I stayed at Jared’s place with my parents and elementary aged son. The place was a great deal and we would definitely return. Kitchen had everything we needed and having two full baths was great. Beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of seating. My son LOVED the clubhouse, especially the pool. It’s super convenient to Attitash, a five minute drive to the parking lot.
