Had a great stay for a couple nights! Apartment was plenty spacious, clean, and had a great cafe a 2 min walk away

It was a great find! Jeff answered very quickly, and was very nice to have everything set for us. We were arriving late. The apt was clean and adorable. We usually stay at the Wilton Lake Inn and have to rent 2 rooms. This gave us a family setting with room for our adult son and us. Privacy for everyone. it was great to be able to have my family over for dinner instead of having to go out all of the time during our visit. Very convenient and close to Farmington for shopping and additional resturants. Unfortunately the weather was a bit wintery, and unable to go hiking or walking. A new little coffee shop. 2 very good little coffee shops in Wilton, had to patron both. They are both very nice shops and owners. We will definitely stay here again. Convenient, spacious, clean! You can't ask for better! Thank you Jeff for a lovely stay!

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

Stephanie's place is spotless and comfortable. As mentioned in some other reviews, the apartment is nicer than the photos reflect. The location is super convenient to Portland, beaches, Freeport, etc. Although we didn't have the opportunity to cook much, it was unusual, and so nice to have good quality, stainless steel cookware. Stephanie was super responsive and helpful. She was a pleasure to communicate with!

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall ambiance of the apartment. This is an old building with uneven floors but I loved the feel of the place. Having an updated bathroom was great, especially the heated tile floors! The views of the river were great. I felt right at home.

Always a great stay! Will now be my go-to accommodations while in North Conway! Great location!

We loved our stay. The place was perfect and just as described and reflected in the photos. Heidi added a lot of extra touches that we appreciated like snacks, etc. Heidi was also very responsive. We loved the place and location and would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Mary Beth’s place in Freeport! The home is on a quiet street and just a few minutes walk to downtown Freeport - restaurants and shopping are all right there! The space was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, I was even pleasantly surprised to find some kid’s dishes. The front porch area is fenced off which was a huge pro for our family to let our young kids run around without fear of them going in the street. Mary Beth had some awesome recommendations, be sure to check out the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden if you can fit it in your trip!

This Airbnb experience was truly exceptional! As a frequent Airbnb user over the past 10 years, I can confidently say this stay was a standout and one of my all-time favorites. Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

I stayed at Jared’s place with my parents and elementary aged son. The place was a great deal and we would definitely return. Kitchen had everything we needed and having two full baths was great. Beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of seating. My son LOVED the clubhouse, especially the pool. It’s super convenient to Attitash, a five minute drive to the parking lot.

We love staying in this resort and this condo was immaculate! The views are amazing and the Pool area is lots of fun.

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Thanks, Mark for letting us stay in your wonderful condo at the seasons. The place was nice and clean and quiet. Easy drive to the ski resorts as well as all of the attractions in North Conway. The Seasons Resort is great for kids as it has the clubhouse with the pool, video games, pool table. I really enjoyed the hot tub but I got my butt kicked at ping pong by one of my Kids. Great time had by all!

This place is awesome. Clean and cozy. Feel right at home. Has everything you need for your stay. Most importantly, besides the location being ideal and close to everything - skiing, food, shops - the beds are soooo comfortable. Stephanie is the best host - response and answers questions immediately. A must stay place. Thank you.
