Super logement très bien situé à Soller. Propre, privatif, très bien équipé, conforme en tout point a l'annonce. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Attention a la route d'accès déconseillée aux grosses voitures ou autres pick-up. Possibilité aussi de se garer dans la rue principale, 100 m à pied environ.

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

Comfortable and spacious villa in the best area of Palma. We stayed in the villa for a month at the end of January. We were blessed with good weather and even managed to take a quick dip in the freezing pool. We enjoyed sitting in the very comfortable and bright lounge in the evenings. The hot air con worked very well and it was a bonus having an aditional heater and the fire place for chilly evenings. Miguel the owner was super friendly and quick to respond to queries. I would definetely recomnend this villa within very short distance of the most beaitiful beach in Palma. Although the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, some of the pans need replacing, as well as the chairs in the kitchen.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir haben meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Finca gefeiert und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos, der Ausblick ein Traum! Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und habe sie auch schon mehrfach in meinem Freundes und Bekanntenkreis empfohlen ❤️ Die aufblasbaren Pool Spielsachen waren kaputt und wir haben sie entsorgt, dafür haben wir unsere Schwimmringe und Luftmatratzen für die nächsten Gäste dagelassen :))

Super logement très au calme. Joli cadre et logement très propre, je recommande si vous chercher un endroit calme où vous ressourcer.

Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ausstattung war überschaubar, reichte für 5 Personen aber völlig aus. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Beautiful home nestled in a peaceful village, making it the perfect retreat to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene surroundings provide a calming atmosphere, and the highlight of the house is undoubtedly the charming fireplace – a cozy feature that adds warmth and character. highly recommended!

Beautiful view from the backyard. Big property with a lot of privacy. 15 min walk to Soller center. Nicely renovated and clean. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and are a little tight on the top floor. Light on towels.

La verdad que hemos tenido una estancia tranquila, la casa es completamente confortable, totalmente moderna limpia y impecable, yo y mi familia los 6 integrantes nos hemos sentido como en casa, los 5 días valieron totalmente la pena, la piscina es una pasada, el pueblo es totalmente tranquilo consta de algunos restaurantes con muchas comidas deliciosa, los anfitriones Franziska y Frank, son una pasada están siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que el huésped necesite, definitivamente el próximo año volveremos, la casa para familia o solo es totalmente recomendable. Das moderne Haus hat alles was man braucht. ruhige Lage, kurze Wege. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Der Aufenthalt war äußerst angenehm. Die Eigentümer waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir, meiner Frau und den Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Weiter so …. :-)

Een geweldig weekend , prachtige omgeving, super sereen, schitterend uitzicht, echt een fijne plek! Huis was van binnen wel kleiner dan verwacht, niet handig dat je door elkaars kamers moest, maar prima met een groot gezin. Ook te weinig badkamers. Desalniettemin een fijn huis! Dichtbij Sóller, mooie hike gemaakt naar Cala Deia. Het was onvergetelijk!

We were allowed to spend 3 weeks in Can Calet in October 2024. It was an incredibly great time. The property is beautifully landscaped. An oasis in the countryside with a breathtaking pool, brilliant views and wonderful architecture. It was perfect and couldn't have been better. Communication was smooth and all extra requests were fulfilled quickly, without problems and at no additional cost. We will definitely come back and thank you for the incredibly good time.

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei dir Aakash bedanken für das super Haus und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen! Beste Grüße aus Norddeutschland Jonas and Friends :)

We travelled with 4 young kids and the house was a great location for us - 10 min walking distance to restaurants, bus stop, beaches. But at the same time secluded from the busy parts of Cala D’or. There is a supermarket within a 5 min walk which is handy when you need to constantly buy essentials for kids. You can hop on a bus and go to other parts of Mallorca fairly easily. Eva was extremely responsive to all queries. We had an issue with the pool but this was resolved within 10 mins! We specifically chose this place as the pool is suitable for kids with a shallow and deep end with all amenities provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay Eva!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sehr viel Platz, schönes Gelände, toller Pool und der Hund ist sehr süß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Fernando und Pepe war super, beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Een prettig huis op een fantastische locatie. Zeer compleet ingericht. Een paar minuten lopen vanaf het strand en op 100 meter van de gezelligheid van restaurants en bars. Bakker en supermarkt ook direct om de hoek. Ook de tuin is erg prettig en er waren zelfs emmers, schepjes en luchtbedden voor op het strand voor de kinderen. Fantastisch! Phaeton is een vriendelijke host en had alles keurig voor ons achtergelaten. De ruimte was zo groot dat we met 5 personen de woonkamer en slaapkamer beneden niet eens nodig hadden.

Gute Lage im schönen Dorf Deía. Haus ist geräumig und wohnlich, alles ordentlich und sauber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Lenka. Anfahrt durch die engen Straßen ist typisch italienisch, der private Parkplatz aber komfortabel. Küche gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend viel Geschirr und Besteck, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Öl und Gewürze vorhanden. Das Haus wird im Winter mit Ölradiatoren und über die Klimaanlagen geheizt, man bekommt es ausreichend warm, effizient ist das aber sicher nicht. Das Geschirr wurde in der Spülmaschine nicht sauber. Sonst gab es keine Kritikpunkte. Wir würden das Quartier wieder wählen.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

We had a tremendous stay at Michel's house in the centre of Soller. The house is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Ideally located in the centre of Soller a few minutes stroll to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber dass hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Das Meer und diverse nette Orte sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging erst um 19 Uhr und wir durften bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen in der Finca bleiben, so dass wir einen ganz entspannten Abreisetag hatten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich mit den Terrassen und Pool war wunderbar und das Angebot an Bädern und Schlafzimmer war für uns optimal. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren einige Gebrauchsgegenstände schon etwas abgenutzt, was wir aber für eine Ferienwohnung, die von vielen benutzt wird, eher normal finden. Das Angebot an Duschhandtüchern, Poolhandtüchern, Seife, Geschirrspülmitten, Geschirrreinigertabs u.ä. war gut. Ebenfalls vorhanden waren 2 funktionsfähige Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme für den Strand u.ä. , am Pool standen unterschiedliche Liegen. Die Kommunikation mit Catalina war sehr gut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Das Apartement von Carme was sehr schön. Es hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick aufs Meer. Es hat alles was man braucht, und ist sehr sauber. Auch die Better sind sehr bequem und es ist sehr ruhig. In 30 Sekunden ist man am Meer. Hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, und der wunderschöne lange Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Carme reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten und kam mit den Check-in Zeit sehr entgegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Carme!
