Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

We were in town for a funeral and this house was the perfect place for family to be able to gather for meals and to visit. Family coming in from out of town had a place to stay. The house was larger than we anticipated and had more than enough space to accommodate our family.

Great house in a convenient location for pretty much anywhere in the quad cities. Jade was a great host, quickly answered any questions, and made sure everything went well with the house during our stay.

Erick is a nice Host that is quick to answer any concerns. Even though this place is a couple of doors down from a gas station it's not noisy as you would think it would be. The cookware and dishes are awesome and seem brand new in fact everything in the kitchen was upgraded and very nice. The king bed is very comfortable which is a plus🥰 All in all I enjoyed my stay here. Stay kind everyone🤞

We have stayed in alot of short term rentals over the years. This is by far the nicest and most well appointed of them all. There is a reason it's so highly rated. Had everything you could ever need or want and much more, it truly was home away from home. Can't say enough good things about this rental except thank you for doing the short term rentals game so well. Look forward to renting again in the future when we go to visit my brother and his family in the quad cities.

This was our second time to stay here and everything was definitely five star! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and would have to say that this place is the best and is run so perfectly. Very clean, all the little basic necessities in the kitchen, spacious and no question on the neighborhood. We loved it! Heidi

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holidays and it was a great stay! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a family meal. When the local family came over there was plenty of space to play card games and catch up. The house was easy to find, parking was plentiful, and everything was very clean. Overall, it was a truly great place to stay for a few days!

We had 3 adults and 3 kids stay and all of us loved it! Preteen approved 👍. House was like a cozy home, and water pressure and temp was perfect and had amenities as described. Perfect sleeping options. Peter was responsive and gave clear instructions. The train was loud at night, though I am a light sleeper. No one else was bothered by it! Really liked the close proximity to playgrounds, (walkable) river (walkable), good food (walkable) museums, and skywalk.

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Tim was an excellent host! Easy instructions on how to get into the house, and responded to questions quickly. This grand old house has been renovated with all modern amenities but kept all the charm. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cabin on the Cliff. It was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Leslie and Peggy went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that we had a pleasant stay.
