Beautiful, clean, and spacious home ! The living room and kitchen areas were much bigger than the photos really show. Guests should know the home is right on a highway with some traffic noise and occasional trains that run along the river road, but the trains are usually short (with occasional horns). Very convenient location near I-80 access and cute shops just down the street in LeClaire. Cody Road Coffee is a must!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Everything was wonderful. It was a cute little house and felt right at home. I can’t wait to come back for my next visit!

Gorgeous home in the heart of LeClaire! Beautifully decorated with fantastic views. Easily walkable to all the town has to offer. Would absolutely stay again!

I loved how cool this place was! It was up to my expectations and Nick was very helpful responding in a timely manner. Definitely would go to him if you’re looking for a fun , laid back place to stay. Would re-book again. I had zero issues !

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was as described and easy to get to. Not a ton of parking, but it was a great space for us.

The unit was very close to the Vibrant which was what we were looking for. We walked to the concert. The unit was very clean, I liked the little log candles.

I believe this was my 5th stay at "The Fort"- it's always very comforting coming back. Lynda is a very proactive host, everything from her check-ins to make sure everything is satisfactory, to warning me that there was an iced over gutter that could cause some slick spots (which never happened, but good to be on the watch out regardless!). I've come to be very disappointed when "The Fort" is booked and I need to find lodgings elsewhere- if you are considering staying here, do not wait to make your reservation!!!

This place was great! Travelled from Arizona and stayed 5 nights! Everything was clean, host was very responsive so much better than booking a hotel room! Will stay again

Leona's place was a great stay. The location is great and has lots of great restaurants. It was very walkable. The breakfast provided was delicious and she was super friendly. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!
