The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

the place was exactly as advertised and Mine was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Квартира расположена в очень удобной локации. Недалеко от станции метро Таксим. Рядом достаточное количество кафе, ресторанов. Квартира рассчитана на большое количество постояльцев, так что проживать с семьей из 6-7 человек не будет проблемным. Если планируете брать авто на прокат, заранее предупредите хозяина квартиры и он забронирует место стоянки для вашего авто, но ниже по улице есть платные стоянки для авто которые работают с 07.00 утра и до 21.00 вечера. У нас проблем со стоянкой автомобиля не было. Рекомендую данную квартиру как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания. Мы с семьей прожили 15 дней.

Нам очень понравилась комната и локация. В номере было чисто и было все необходимое. Хозяин очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Однозначно рекомендуем)

Проживание отличное, рядом метро и все в пешей доступности, но учтите, что две комнаты выходят на клуб, который знатно тусит каждый день! Но сама квартира прекрасная, светлая. Все необходимое для проживания есть.

بصراحه اشكر السيد مراد السوري اولا قمة في الاخلاق ومتجاوب بسرعه عليه في جميع الطلبات او الاستشاره والموقع لا يحتاج لا سياره ولا تكسي كل شي قريب عشر دقائق الي مول جواهر اكبر مول في إسطنبول والشقه كبيره جداً وتتسع الى 8 اشخاص مرتاحين انصح للعوائل الاكثر من 6 اشخاص كل شي جميل في الشقه وانشالله تكون اقامتى في اسطمبول نفس المكان شكراً اخ مراد على كل شي

Great place with a great location, perfect for 2 people. It is located in a busy neighbourhood, but the apartment itself is still very quiet, you can not hear a sound from the streets thanks to its courtyard-facing position. The hosts are communicative and helpful folks, everything went well.

Ev oldukça temiz ve eşyalar yeniydi. Konumu metroya çok yakın ve etrafta güzel kafe ve restoranlar mevcut. Biz çok rahat ettik ve memnun kaldık.

Ramazan bayramının ilk günü iki aile giriş yaptık.Kısa ve öz bilgilendirmeler yapan ev sahibi bize ikramlıklar bile düşünmüş sağolsun.Ev temiz ve bakımlıydı.Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyacağımız hersey vardı.Toplu taşımaya yakın bir konumda.Bizim gibi İstanbul’a gezmeye gelmek isteyenler ,gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir.

Erol est très réactif et l'appartement est situé idéalement à Taksim. Vous pouvez faire beaucoup de choses à pieds et c'est super pour le métro aussi. Le lit était confortable. L'appartement était fonctionnel mais pas propre au niveau de la cuisine, et les draps du lit était à la limite d avoir besoin d'être jetés, tellement vieux . L'appartement est divisé en deux aussi, c'est à dire qu'une porte simple en bois vous sépare de vos voisins. N'oubliez pas vos bouchons d'oreilles car la fête bat son plein dans ce quartier où alors faite la fête, c'est encore mieux !

Very good place, cheap and easy to walk to, needs more kitchen utensils(pans,pots)hihii🫶🫶 but it was still very nice, Taksim Square was 3 minutes away w walking🎀🎀

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Ferid's place. I would definitely recommend it! Pros: - The place is generally clean and exactly as described. - The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, so you can easily cook your own meals. - The host is responsive. - It's very central, close to Taksim, where you'll find the M2 metro station that connects you to almost anywhere. - There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the market is just a 30-second walk away. - A 10-minute walk takes you to the lively bar scene and entertainment spots in Taksim. Cons: - The bathroom could benefit from a better drainage system, as water tends to accumulate on the floor and stay wet for long periods, leading to it getting dirty every time you step in it. - There is no elevator (as mentioned by the host). This wasn't an issue for my friend and me since we're in good shape, but it's something to keep in mind. Though Ali was incredibly nice and still helped us get one of the suitcases up

Très bon séjour, le logement était propre et agréable, on s’y sentait bien. Nous sommes arrivés tard (environ 21h30, avion oblige) mais ça n’a pas été un problème, ce qui est un point positif. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, ils vous saluent à chaque passage, parfois discutent avec vous, j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Concernant la localisation elle est super, très proche du quartier de la tour galata (7min à pieds), mais aussi des transports en commun (tramway, metro) qui vous emmènent vers les principaux sites touristiques. On peut même rejoindre facilement l’aéroport via la ligne verte. Il y a aussi de très belle vue sur la ville si on marche un peu, car on est très proche de l’eau ainsi que des ponts. Très bon séjour, je recommande. Merci Flats compagnie !

Lovely little studio. Very cozy. The street it’s in isn’t especially nice but it’s very close to lots of great areas.

Okan est très réactif aimable vraiment j'ai apprécié son logement à proximité de tout je suis très contente et je reviendrai avec plaisir car vous êtes à 2 mn de la rue istikal 5 mn du métro vraiment c'est génial merci beaucoup pour cette hôte qu'il faut cloner👏
