Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

My partner and I have stayed at Leah’s properties over the past 2 years, and we always appreciate her courtesy, proactive assistance, and excellent condition of her properties. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!!

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

Me and my friends had a great time staying at this place. The price of the airbnb is so cheap but very accessible to VGCM and BGC which are the places that my friends wanted to visit. There are also convenience stores and other shops nearby. The unit itself is very clean and cozy as well. Wifi is pretty fast. Everything you need is available, like toiletries and kitchen stuffs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host is very responsive as well. Will recommend this to everyone! 🥰

we had a bit of a problem at the receptionist upon checking-in. the admin and the unit owner had a miscommunication with the number of people that were allowed in the unit, but they were resolved swiftly when we showed them the e-mails proving that I declared everyone who will stay at the unit. The overall stay was great. I can see why this unit is recommended for families. the linens, towels and blankets were clean and the unit smells good. the lobby staff were also friendly.

I had a great stay at Roy’s place. I had a last minute request to add my officemate/friend in the booking but Roy responded and approved my request immediately . Ineng and other staffs were also helpful and approachable. The room was clean and just enough for 1-2 pax. I appreciate the hot shower, the AC is cold and the matress was super high quality. I have back issue and it didn’t bother me lying on the bed all day. I had a quality sleep from first until my last day. The only thing that I’m concerned about are the mosquitoes. Maybe I will bring repellant/spray next time. But over all, Im super satisfied and comfortable during my stay. Thanks again Ineng and Roy! 😊

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

Loved the space and a very communicative host! Close to shopping and restaurants. This was perfect for the two of us and we loved the patio. Really, one of the best hosts we’ve ever rented from. If we’re in BGC again we would definitely stay here.

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Place was clean and Tidy. Hot water in shower, had no issues with water supply filling tub. Host was kind and responsive and checking in was a breeze. TV worked well, bed was comfy. Would stay again 🙂

The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂
