Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Great place to stay near MOA Arena, especially if you’re coming for a concert. It’s walkable from the venue and lots of convenience stores and shops nearby. Place is clean and host is veryy accommodating.

The place is extremely clean and easy to get to. Miss May Ann was easy to talk to and very accommodating. I very much appreciated all the quick reverts. Will definitely stay on her place again.

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

She let us check in early and check out late. Very responsive and the room is clean.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

A fantastic stay! This newly renovated place in Parañaque is truly a hidden gem. The space is spotless, private, and very secure, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. It has everything we needed, making it a hassle-free experience. The pricing is very affordable, offering great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Owners are really really accommodating and responds fast to our concerns. Ms. Honey is very nice. We felt at home right away. Complete with all the essentials and equipment for everyday use. Their home is very very comfortable. Will surely come back again.

Condo complex was peaceful and nicely maintained. You could also sense a feeling of community here, with many people playing basketball in the community court in the afternoon. The room is compact but clean and comfortable; quite a contrast to another room I stayed at an AirBnb closeby. SM Bicutan, while not a fancy shopping mall, is within walking distance, which made staying here convenient. A note to future guests: if going from the airport (or from the city), make sure to take the highway. Otherwise the traffic in front of the complex is some of the worst you'd see (at least it was for me!) and you start thinking you're better off walking.

The property very accessible and close to the airport. It's a nice, clean place that offers great value. Secure parking is also available. Raymond and his caretakers are very easy to talk to and made sure we had a great stay.

My mom and her friends really enjoyed their stay. The place was clean and nice! Also, with the use of the walkie-talkie, it was easy to communicate with the caretaker of the place. Moreover, the owner was very responsive and proactive in responding to my inquiries. 

We rented the house as our prep venue for our wedding. It looked small outside, but was big inside. It has sufficient restrooms for guests and enough aircon as well. Great location. Host Shi was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended place for families and barkadas.👍

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Lucilyn's home The place is so quiet and calm to relax, I felt like home. Everything you need (self-laundry, groceries, malls, etc) is close to it so you won't hassle, but it's recommended to bring your own vehicle.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Barbara & Wency was extremely helpful. I will stay there again. Sitting outside was comfortable and safe.

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!
